Hotel is located at the convinient location, close to mall road. Its difficult to find the location of this hotel as its located at an elevation and have to walk a steep walkway to reach here. Rooms are on an average, few channels on the tv. The view from the room is great. Be aware that this is close to the main road and there is construction going on/ plus the noise of vehicles. Its very disturbing and difficult to sleep. Overall a not so pleasant experience due to noise coming in the rooms. There is an iron rod vendor next to the hotel and it wont let you sleep at night with plenty of noise start coming from 3- 4 am onwards. Please avoid this hotel if you are looking for a good sleep. The room windows have to be kept open as there is no AC/ Fan in the room, so there is no ventilation apart from window which opens on the main road and noise is obvious. Washrooms are comparatively small.

poor management, before going to the hotel make sure you have decided your parking place. Staff sometimes come out as rude

The approach to the property is so dilapidated. It looks outright down market even though we paid a good amount. It was said the room would easily accommodate 3 adults and one kid (one of our child is 20) but the room was very small and the bed could hardly accommodate two adults and one kid. Only one quilt for three people which is inadequate. We used our own. The bedsheets were not changed even once for the three nights we stayed. It was the same slightly torn sheet. The bathroom is so tiny what with a partition too. And in the lower floor there was always some stone or iron cutting being done just outside the windows from 6 am to 8 am. Only thing ok was their food and one guy in reception.

No accommodation provided. Worst experience despite booking hotel in advance.

Very nice location and view from room is very good. But absolutely no parking anywhere near the hotel. We had to roam around for an hour. The size of the room is very small and the bed is DEFINITELY NOT KING SIZE. It's smaller than a queen bed and had 2 single mattress with a gap in between. The staff were very helpful though.

It was a very pleasant staying at Hotel Treebo Trend Varuna. We simply loved it. Hotels staffs were so co-operative , Inside room was also very neat and clean. My family always talk about the pleasant experience of hotel staying. Best part is - This hotel is just 600 miters away from Victoria Tunnel, where Delhi-Shimla Bus mostly stops and just walkable 1 km away from Mall Road and Scandal Point. Basic hotel, but the location is good.

Location wise :It was near to the Mall Road and the railway station(just a km!) Room Condition:Bathroom was a bit old as the taps inside were leaking. They could have provided wooden flooring in all the rooms! Quality of service:Breakfast was awesome!Didn't face any problem with the people once I checked in.But when I reached the hotel,there was no one at the counter to check me in.The hotel people arrived after 15 long minutes!! Overall I had a great time here.

While everything about the hotel is okay, the locality is a bit of a downer. Though on the road to The Mall, people with a lot of luggage face problems reaching this hotel (need to walk a lot). Though the hotel bell boys helped us, my old age parents were not too happy with the steep and not-so-convenient walk.

Service was great, the staff were definitely the most helpful out of all the places I was travelling at nearby. We arrived late so they kept the kitchen open past the said time and were running out of time in the morning so prepared breakfast very quickly for us.

It is a very good hotel. It is clean and comfortable. Comfortable for those without physical disabilities. There are steps to climb between Reception and rooms. Not suitable for those that suffer, for example, from arthritis.
