Overall good customer service and clean rooms with all essentials provided. Also very good breakfast buffet and the breakfast morning staff is very attentive and prided excellent service! Also good location and close to all.

Very old property and rooms need upgrades. Sofa cushions were stinking and beds/floor/ bathroom was unclean

The Hotel is good and it's in prime location we enjoyed our stay the staff was very humble and courteous. We travelled with our kid but he couldn't access the swimming pool due to time restriction of only 1 hour every morning and evening. It was disheartening to see that the hotel management had outsourced their pool for swimming classes and so there was chaos in the pool during the evening timings when our kid wanted to enjoy the swimming. Hope they allow their guests to use the pool during the day and night time when it's free of the chaos of swimming classes.

Was not well mentioned. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty, toilet seat broken. Won’t rent again.

Overall the hotel stay was clean and good. Property is aging and needs maintenance especially bathroom needs better illumination. Breakfast is good and tasty.

VITS Aurangabad is a Fantastic hotel to stay . It’s approximately 500 meters from the Railway Station . The food served here is very Good. Even the Breakfast served had different options everyday. We stayed here for three nights and enjoyed our stay here .

Overall a good value for money...hotel is lttle old but overall comfortable and nice. Rooms were spacious. We had a nice stay.

Great hotel and great staff. Travel desk is AWFUL though. Very disappointed. Took us to the caves, & then told us a person Ali would walk us down to the entrance. Turns out he didn’t work for travel desk. He was walking us straight into his shop. Driver kept pressing us to buy things at other “friends” of his even though we kept saying no we are on a time constraint! Then told us that the ride to the airport was free, and at the drop off told us we had to pay 500 rupees!! If you want travel services and a hotel, this is not it. That being said, the bar and restaurant employees are stellar. The room was nice. Rakesh and Milind has our every need met they were wonderful!!!

On check in we are told that they only had a twin room not a deluxe king as booked and paid for. They assured us they would change our room following day. Room decor was very grubby painted walls with numerous scuffs, the privacy window & blind in the shower room was mouldy. The room we were allocated on day 2 was slightly better but the floors were damaged and the walls scuffed. Unfortunately the marble in bathrooms of both rooms was grey and black with marbling and looked grubby , unfortunate choice of decor colour. Rooms quite dated and in need of a good freshen up. The pool area had no sun longer or chairs. The entrance lobby, bar & restaurant were of a much better standard and restaurant & bar staff very pleasant.

Wifi way too slow or not working must of the time. The rooms are a little bit underattended, with humidity and old. But overall it was one of the best optiona in Expedia for booking in Aurangabad

Hotel was well guarded, clean, great service, friendly helpful staff, great North American breakfast buffet. No complaints.
