Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. Our stay was excellent. Breakfast was good. Overall great experience.

We just returned home from a 16 night stay in northern India. we stayed in this hotel 2 nights. The breakfast was one of the best, special shout out to the chef making omelettes, it was the best I had all trip! The staff really made my parents feel special as they were celebrating their 50th anniversary. The hotel seemed very popular with retired Brits, make of that what you will! The room style was classic. The bathrooms were very small - no where to put any toiletries. Beds were comfy. The spa was great.

Very courteous staff, clean room. Only downside was the room was very hot!

Great property and a lovely stay. Only comment was location - it was 45 mins - 1 hour drive from Shimla which was not apparent when we booked.

In conclusion, I highly recommend WelcomHeritage Elysium Shimla for its exceptional service, immaculate rooms, authentic cuisine, and peaceful ambiance. Overall it was good

The room where we stayed with kids was spacious and was with good amenities - running hot water, bar, comfortable mattresses, smoother check in. The in-house restaurant serves all cuisine very well prepared. Chefs prepared super licious food. The wide spread breakfast buffet is super. The hotel staff and manager is super nice, friendly and kind. They demonstrated himanchali hospitality in a perfect sense. The hotel is equipped with a wonder spa and masseurs were very professional and gentle. Though approach is a bit confusing and it’s 3.5kms away from the mall but it’s mere 15min drive but as we had car it was not much of an issue.

Disaster checking in. Bad location. Mediocre food. Not sure how this is 5 stars.
