A charming hotel with warm and helpful staff who want to make sure your stay is wonderful.

Definitely not a 5 star hotel by any standard. Hotel room corridor stank of cigarette smoke (even though we requested non-smoking room). The room was outdated and dingy. The swimming pool was tiny and nothing like the photo. The breakfast was a sad, middling buffet with cheap teas and machine coffees.

Very happy with everything there. Limbaji was extremely helpful with food choices and services.

The rooms had some issues with the furniture and cleanliness. However the staff is super helpful

The Say was okay. Hotel is neat and clean but there are no amenities or activity area for children. Also, swimming pool is under construction, in short except room there is nothing to spend time with friends and family.

Expected level of friendly and non/intrusive service

I came here with young kids and had a great day. The staff was very helpful and the food was amazing and the customized it to be non-spicy for my kids. The breakfast is really good and they packed us brunch for my kids when we were traveling upon request. The hotel is at a prominent location and a little on the outskirts of the city and hence we can avoid all the traffic While traveling as a tourist here. There is a lot of hustle and bustle in this hotel, and there were marriages held when we were staying in the hotel so it wasn’t very quiet as other hotels we have lived in. Politician also visited the hotel during our stay and there was a lot of security in the hotel that day. The pool had many bugs and the water was cold and there was no hot pool here. The gym is also not very clean and they didn’t allow my kids to touch any equipment even though I was around.

We had an issue with the cleanliness of our room. As soon as we reported, without asking for anything the changed the room and received an upgrade.

Construction going on

Hotel and room looks nothing like the photos or photos were taken 10 years ago. Room is 3 star at most, constant rolling blackouts in room and next door to a big construction site. I left immediately and booked Hyatt Place

Bad WiFi throughout the stay even though they switched rooms. Sockets meant for international plugs poorly maintained

We booked a 18 night stay at WelcomRama Aurangabad and the place was awesome. The staff were very courteous, the room service and cleanliness was top notch and this made our stay very comfortable. I recommend this property and you will get value for money. Their breakfast and dinner is real 5 star.

Very friendly staff and well kept hotel. Showing some aging in the carpentry but overall in the lavish marble finishing that is common in good hotels in India.
