Well…. I made an exceptional choice when I booked this place! I don’t know where to start really….Rosy and her sons are lovely, warm hearted people and will go out of their way to help you, whether it’s organising a rental scooter, airport transfer or even advising on where to visit. My room, no 3, was quiet and peaceful. The bed was the most comfortable I’d slept in during my (so far) 6 weeks in India. I simply cannot recommend this place enough..go, stay, sleep and enjoy. I did and hope to return one day. Thank you Rosy, your hospitality meant so much such to me when I was 1000’s of miles away from home😘

J'ai beaucoup aimé cet endroit , l'accueil est top, l'endroit est convivial , les chambres sont grandes et très propres, bonne literie , tout fonctionne notamment l'eau chaude, il y a des prises électriques . la situation est super tout près de la plage de vagator , un garde pour la sécurité devant . Ayant été malade , le gérant m'a trouvé les médicaments qu'il fallait , m' a conduit à l'aéroport pour un avion à 6H30 , un très bon service sans jamais en faire trop. je recommande cet endroit si vous venez à vagator

Art ved at the property and the manager said that our booking had been cancelled. After many hours wasted on contacting the website to sort it out, the owner told me later that they would honour the booking but I had already found alternative arrangements. Thankfully he gave me a cash refund but the entire experience was unpleasant and stressful. Time wasted on my holiday

This place is run by a very nice family. They are very friendly and can advise and organise anything you want. The location is perfect with 1 min walk to the beach and you can hear the swell from the ocean. I’d come back because it’s good value for money and friendly people.

Not good 1."children's are not allowed becoz tourists from other countries distributed by children's" told by hotel owner.... 2.no room cleaning service 3.No other services available 4.if group of boys thn you cant make noise 😂😂 5.only good point is that location Good 1.near to vagator beach ( 2 min walking ) 2.near anjuna and calangut beach

Rooms are very simple but ok! Building in general and court with many flowers and plants well arranged. Very relaxing to sit on the balcony at night.

I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The room and facilities are comfortable and the location is steps from the beach..and easy access to explore the village and sights as well. I highly recommend this local guesthouse. Very nice family and will take good care of you.

Very good deal, as close to the beach as possible - right next to beach entrance. Looks cheerful outside. Rooms are basic but clean. As all other budget hotels in India, they use urinal fresheners as air fresheners so the scent is strong in the room. Screens on window so no mosquitos. Quiet and peaceful, no drunks. Lovely family that owns it, very nice and helpful.

Staying at Yellow House was a treat. It is sunshine in a building with a happy atmosphere. Family run, the family is welcoming and kind, keeping track of their guests welfare and offering plenty of suggestions as to how to enjoy the area. Day trips are organised to suit, car and driver super professional and caring. A short walk to the beach, slightly longer walk to other places. A very decent selection of restaurants and eateries for all tastes and budgets up the road and breakfast available daily at Yellow House on the roof terrace with jungle greenery as a backdrop for a coconut filled pancake and a delicious fruit salad. Some noise at night from beach revelry (the beach places conveniently ignore the 10pm watershed) can be disturbing, earplugs worked to filter out the worst. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Yellow House and would return in a heartbeat.

only good point about this property is - its very near to sea...budget rooms are too small...there is no - television,mosquito repellents,no security guards....area is very dark with pigs roaming nearby....after 11 its tough to go beach...their restaurants not having any lunch or dinner facilities,inspite of knowing there is not much option outside....

Eksotiikkaa oli , omistajaperhe oli ystävällinen ja palveluhenkinen. Aina onnistuin saamaan, mitä tarvitsin, jopa kampa haettiin kaupasta,mikä sijaitsi kävelymatkan ulkopuo lella. Omistajarouva haki pyynnöstäni ostoskassinkin Mabusasta siellä asioidessaan. Sain hyvän kuljetuspalvelun, minne sitten halusinkin. Talon alue on pieni, mutta rantahan on lähellä, joskin päivittäisen siistimisen tarpeessa. Lehmien pääsy rannoille tulisi terveydellisistä ja esteettisistä syistä estää aitauksin. Kannattaa muutenkin katsoa, minne astuu: itse astuin heti ensimmäisenä päivänä lantakasaan...oli niin hiekanruskeaa. No, kokemuksia, aurinkoa, lämpöä , meren kohinaa ja sademetsän vihreyttä lähdinkin etsimään. Niitä sain monessa mielessä. Vatsavaivoilta säästyin hyvän käsihygienian avulla, ja tietenkin katsomalla, mitä ja missä syö. Matka onnistui ja jäi hyvät muistot!
