People are so friendly and very kind. The accommadations & the linens are neat and tidy and the hotel location isn't from the downtown so guests can enjoy shopping easily.

호텔청결도는 보통 서비스는 아주 좋음 편의시설로는 속도는 느리지만 제공되는 무료 WiFi, 그리고 RCP (Relliance Corporate Park)로 가는 셔틀 버스. 더하여 호텔 택시는 보통 택시보다 큰 6인승입니다. 호텔위치는 마트에서 떨어져 있는 것 같습니다. 아침 식사와 저녁식사로 식당에서 부페를 선택할 수 있는데, 부페에는 인도식 음식이 많습니다. 그리고 중식이 조금 있고 서양식은 소세지와 씨리얼 정도였습니다. Rooftop이라고 호텔 옥상에 분위기있게 인테리어를 한 식당이 있는데 먼지가 많지만 경치가 좋았습니다. Rooftop에서의 식사는 먼지때문에 추천하지 않지만 음식은 양식도 많아서 괜찮았습니다. RoomService로 시켜 드시는 것을 추천합니다.

출장 관계로 이틀동안 투숙 하였습니다 좋은점은 객실 청소나 직원들 서비스는 아주 빠르고 좋았습니다 아침도 맛나고 먹을만 하여 훌륭하더고 생각합니다. 호텔 건너편에 제법큰 채소,과일 시장이 과일 좋아하시는분은 사다먹기가 아주 편리합니다. 온수도 팡팡 잘나오고.... 단점은 도로변이라 객실에 따라 소음이 심하다는것, 방음 처리가 조금 부실하여 소음이 조금 심하다는점 하지만 와이파이가 무료로 제공되어 그런점들을 참을수 있다는점입니다 참고하세요

Pictures gives a fake impression - time for a serious upgrade of the hotel. Not 4 stars, more like 2.

Everything is good. Worth it. Breakfast buffet the F&B Executive Manish and Front office Manager Khurram. They are very well mannered. Perfect

Great for short stay could do with upgrade in restaurants and pool area Adequate facilities for business client but Location not really tourist oriented in terms of shops or English speaking vendors

I had to leave 3 days into a 10 day stay after a security incident and hotel refused to process refund

Wonderful hotel, spacious rooms, great service, good ambiance good food drinks reasonable... Their Roof top pool side restaurant is amazing... Last but not the least their Buffet is excellent value for money... Over all quite liked it!!

The room was not the same described on the website. It was a nonsmoking room with smell of recent smoking. Disappointing.

A really nice Oasis in the midst of crazy Arambol. Lovely garden, comfortable bed, and balcony with a view of .. Veg food, if you want to eat in. Free yoga class if trainees are training

Good staff good place

No way on earth is this a 4 star hotel. Everything from carpets to the bathroom were dirty. The reality is nothing like the pictures they have posted here.

The hotel is in prime location apposite MAFCO market near the APMC area of Vashi. Sanpada Station was just 5 min walk. The only thing bad about the hotel is that with little rain the outside roads near the hotel get waterlogged.

Hotel is ideally situated in vashi. Very comfortable and very easy hassle free check in and check out. Will use them again!

The staff doesnt familair with their facility, i even not able to locate the room when check-in, even the beltboy. I set the DND sign everyday but the housekeeping keep making the room everyday. The external environment is quite noisy. Check out processing time taking so long even only myself in the queue. Other than these, quite good at all.

Overall, I had a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and nice. They also have a tooftop restaurant and it is pretty cool. The only complaint I had was the wifi connection. It was very slow.

OMG don’t believe pictures or description about this hotel, it is dirty, run down & stinking, I went into the bathroom & I nearly vomited because of the smell (large amounts of moth balls/Naphthalene were on the floor) it is about 10 times overpriced, I have visited slums in India but they didn't charge the same as a 4 star hotel this slum does. I didn’t check in, after they tried showing me other rooms, all as bad as each other, I left. Do not book, you can find this standard of hotel for a fraction of the price, if you want to stay in low standard, filthy accommodation.

We have nothing but praise for this hotel. Staff were amazing, polite, helpful, they just couldnt do enough for us. Food choice was excellent and delicious. and very reasonably priced. We were there over new year and new years eve party / buffet on the roof top by the pool was great !. The hotel is some way from main attractions and airport but worth the travelling and hotel staff happy to arrange a taxi and information about destinations in Mumbai.
