My stay was wonderful! And it was so nice having the restaurant and spa there too! The staff are so friendly and helpful! The only thing I would say is to bring bug spray (and don't forget to use it at night before bed!) Mosquitoes are around which is to be expected. But the rooms and property are stunning, the food in the restaurant is great - the juices are amazing!!! Great massages for a great price, and the staff are wonderful!

I had a deluxe room, and stayed there for 26 nights. Everything was perfect! It’s a really great location, the restaurant is really good, the AC was strong, the staff was friendly and helpful, the villa was comfortable and I loved that outdoor shower, had good WiFi, they gave mosquito repellent plugins too, and the surrounding area options are plentiful and great. This was my first time to Bali, and I didn’t rent a scooter bc my transport was mostly provided by the workshop I was there for, so I was a BIT surprised at first to learn that the resort isn’t accessible by car, only walking and scooter. HOWEVER, when you check in there is a golf cart to take you and your luggage. It’s at the top of the Penestanan stairs, so easy to get a car there at the bottom. It’s also a 10 min walk into Ubud center, but so, so, so happy this wasn’t close as it was so nice and peaceful and quiet away from all the noise. The Bintang supermarket is also an Easy (and adorable) walk along a tiny pathway about 5 minutes too. Local spots like cafe Vespa and Ubud coffee roasters are also nice little hangouts. Solid choice if you like quiet!

접근성이 황당해요. 골목 안쪽에 있어서 버깃카로 움직여야하고 걸을땐 엄청나게 좁고 가파른 계단을 많이 오르락내리락 해야해요. 근처에 식당이나 편의시설이 하나도 없어서 늘 멀리 걸어나가거나 택시 불러야 하는데 택시 타는데까지 버깃으로 다녀야하니 불편이 너무 커요. 그리고 욕실이 야외에요 ㅋㅋ 엄청 덥고 모기, 개미 득실거려요. 아침식사도 뷔페 아니에요. 직원들은 친절하네요. 다시 가고 싶은 마음 없어요.

Hotel relaxant, apaisant, magnifique, nous avons déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel été 2024. C’est pour ça que nous y sommes retournés. Rien à dire le petit déjeuner est parfait. La chambre est confortable un peu excentré de la ville mais c’est pas plus mal car après le voyage pour ce qui recherche du repos et du calme c’est l’idéal, je recommande vraiment

This was a lovely Hotel staff lovely and friendly the pool lovely we had breakfast a part of the deal limited. The room where great private little garden. Love the bathroom. The only downside to this if you have any walking aid this would not been the hotel for you. There are many step to walk down or up. I walk with a stick and found it hard. There is transport from the hotel to the they coffee stop where you can get a taxi from. We had trouble with our phone and could use them. But if you are not affect by this great hotel.

Had a great view days at Alam. It a great location beig just 1km out of town on a hill. No direct car access, but this was fine as we walked down to the main road then into Ubud. Found we could get from the new Bintang supermarket via the walkway systems. Next time would ask for a room further back from the front of the resort as we could here the scooters.

We stayed 2 and a half weeks and enjoyed every moment. The staff were wonderful, very discreet and nothing was too much trouble for them. It is a little gem, tucked away from all the noise but in easy reach of all Ubud has to offer. We loved it and will certainly be returning again.

Perfect place to stay in Ubud! Quiet location but only a 10 min walk to the main area. Staff were very helpful, the room was lovely and clean, beautiful pool. Note the hotel location is actually where hastina restaurant is pinned on google maps. The google maps location is for the drop off point with the buggy, which was a great option if you didn't use a scooter!

Superb boutique resort, absolutely loved the location. Extremely quiet area of Ubud, but walking distance to centre of town and many attractions if you don't mind the Penestanan stairs. Several other excellent dining options nearby. The gardens are absolutely stunning, excellent pool and beautiful rooms. The staff were wonderful. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay.

We had a nice stay at Alam Wayang! The rooms were good and clean, and the staff friendly. The villas are located in lush nature. Just be vary that the rooms have thin walls so you can easily hear neighbors outside, so bring earbuds if you are a light sleeper. But the area is mostly quiet and peaceful so it is not that big of a problem. All in all a very good choice if going to Ubud!
