아파트 MTC 623

방은 넓지만 관리가 잘 안 되어 있습니다. 욕실은 냄새가 나고 그다지 깨끗하지 않습니다. 주방도 관리가 잘 안 되고 더럽습니다. 거주하기 편하도록 더 철저히 청소해야 합니다.

아이들이 수영하고 싶어서 방을 예약하려고 했는데, 체크인하고 나서 수영장은 일반인은 이용할 수 없다는 안내를 받았습니다(수리 중이어서요). 그런데 이상하게도 오후에는 수영장에서 수영하는 사람들이 많았습니다. 감독님만 이용할 수 있고 일반인은 이용할 수 없다고 하더군요. 와, 정말 실망스러웠습니다.

나는 내 동생을 위해 그것을 주문했는데, 그는 에어컨이 있는 방이 춥지 않고, 화장실에서 냄새가 나며, 경영진이 주의를 기울였으면 좋겠다고 말했습니다.

Let's start with the positive: Raul, the person in charge of welcoming us, was nice and friendly; The location is in the center, close to a supermarket, and not far from Townsquare, which is nice. The swimming pool is nice and matches the pictures posted. The hot water worked well. Unfortunately, the apartment does not match the pictures posted at all. It is very poorly maintained and dirty (see photo). The marble around the sink is broken, the gas stove you see in the image has been replaced by a far less convenient portable one, and you must buy yourself the gas container. In the closet, a lot of old garbage is left to rot. Only a few kitchen lights work. We were told there was an electrical problem and that changing the bulb would not help. Has a result, the kitchen and the small living room attached to it were very dark, There were only two plates which made it very hard to cook and serve anything, and no knife (although upon request, Raul bought one for us), two chairs were ruined (see pictures), the kitchen had a lot of cockroaches, and we had to purchase insect killer ourselves. The bathroom was very smelly even after we bought some perfume to try to make the smell. A leak in one of the pipes causes the water to run noisily all night. The bathroom sink tap was barely holding. Some electrical outlets did not work. The apartment is extremely noisy at night because it faces nightclubs nearby without noise insulation. Without earplugs, I would not be able to sleep.

Kamar bagus karyawan sopan tempat strategis.

Saya sangat menikmati menginap disini. Akomodasi sesuai dengan kebutuhan saya.

Kamarnya bau rokok, tidak cocok bawa anak-anak untuk fasilitas lainnya lengkap.

Sebelum saya check in saya mendapat telp dari staff apartemen katanya 1 malam di lantai 2 1 malam mau di pindah ke lantai 1, semalam saya nginap ada air tergenang dari saluran ac sehingga saya harus memakai 2 bathmat atau keset kaki untuk alasnya karena takut anak saya nanti jatuh kalo licin lantai basah, esoknya saya keluar makan siang saya di telpon-telpon lagi dari apartemen terus katanya gak jadi pindah, lalu saya request minta dibawa lagi bathmat karena masih bocor. Saya juga kerja di hospitality saya tau prosedurnya, terus saya sudah request late check out jam 2 siang, apapun tambahannya akan saya bayar, saya keluar makan sudah di telpon-telpon, jam 12 siang katanya kamarnya mau dibersihkan tamunya sudah menunggu di lobby. Jelas dimana-mana check in time 13.00. Saya sangat kecewa sekali, padahal tanggal 14 saya check in ada gempa besar tapi saya tidak complaint atau minta refund.

Kurang puas karena masalah kebersihan. AC di ruangan mati.

Boking apartment 623 dikasih kamar 522 kamar banyak kecoak.

Toiletnya jorok dan bau, ruang tamunya ada sisa makanan yang tidak dibersihkan 😣

Good place to stay with family, nearby lots of restaurant and etc. Hope will be coming back here soon.

Luar pemandangannya dan kebersihan kamar yang pasti mantap.

Kurang memuaskan pelayanannya yang di pesan kamar no. 223 tapi begitu check-in di kasi kamar 522 tempat tidur jelek dan sempit untuk keluarga.

Apartemen bersih, sesuai dengan gambar dan deskripsi. Disediakan dispenser air, pop mie dan kopi. Ownernya ramah.

I always love the location in MTC with lots of choices for shopping, eating, salons, kids play ground etc. It is also near if I want to go to MegaMall, McDonald, or several other places. If i don't feel like eating out there are cooking tools in room 623, of course we have to shop 1st and cook. but they prepared 2 pieces of "mie sedap" in case I am hungry already. My kids love the swimming pool. they have axn, hbo, foxcrime and several tv channels. I love that they prepared 2 towels, soap and toothbrush. Importantly we can feel safe because of its security, with access card for the front door and security taking watch. Been here few time, I myself will definitely recommend for others who are staying here.

Sangat bagus untuk liburan keluarga, lokasi dalam komplenya mal, fasilitasnya lebih lengkap dari hotel (salah satunya ada dapur), dapat extra busa+bantal, dapat supermi cup+kopi, perlengkapan dapur lengkap kecuali gas beli sendiri (yang kecil kok) pokoknya overall mantap. Dan lagi untuk kamar 623 ini interiornya. Semoga dipertahankan keindahan dan kebersihannya.

Kamar tidak sesuai aplikasi, milik perorangan bukan di kelola pihak apartemen, AC tidak dingin, bau rokok, dan room kotor.
