All the staff here were amazing.. So polite, attentive, and so friendly.. The cooking staff and housekeepers were fantastic.. Our holiday experience was a 10/10.

We had an amazing time. The service and communication were absolutely flawless - we cannot rate the staff highly enough. Some of our family were sick while there and the Bumbak team went out of their way to make us feel looked after. The villa was beautiful and comfortable and our daily in-villa breakfast was delicious. We also had an in-villa spa day and a few separate massages during our trip, all of which was reasonably priced and wonderful. Something to note is that the location is slightly out of the way. It IS close to restaurants (some really great ones - something that this area has over the main Seminyak areas in a big way) BUT you can’t walk from the villa safely as there are no footpaths, very dirty open drains and lots of motorcycle traffic (it is Bali, after all). We didn’t mind and just took very cheap Gojek cars everywhere (we noted a lot of tourists in the area rented scooters to get about…terrifying and not for us!). We would absolutely recommend this villa. We had an idyllic holiday!

한국인 리뷰가 없기에 한국어로 작성합니다.한국분들이 많이 찾아오면 정말 좋을것 같아요~저는 발리는 출장및 개인 여행으로 대략 5-6번은 왔습니다. 출장 끝나면 시내보단 조용한 빌라나 호텔을 찾아서 머뭅니다. 2베드룸 2화장실의 빌라에서 4박5일 머물렀는데, 모든것에 다 5점을 줄 만큼 만족합니다. 만약 발리에 처음 오시는 분이면, 시내와 거리가 있다고 생각합니다. 그래도 바이크 타면, 10-15분내에 짱구 시내에 도착하고 저는 날씨가 좋았던 날은 친구랑 걸어가기도 했습니다.(30-40분 소요) 주변에 구경하면서 걸어 가기도 나쁘지 않아요. 그리고 빌라에 대해서 말하면 빌라 수영장물은 깊어서 성인들 2-4인이 놀기가 딱 좋습니다. 아침은 시간과 메뉴를 전날 정하면 스태프분들이 와서 주방에서 직접 만들어 주시는데, 다양한 과일에 주스 그리고 메뉴들도 다 맛있어요! 빌라 관리도 참 잘 되어있고~ 호텔이 아니고 빌라이기에 야생 벌레는 화장실에 조금 있을수 있습니다. 그래도 자연친화적인 빌라이기에 이해 됩니다! 저같은 경우에는 오전 오후 내내 빌라에서 음식(그랩)시켜서 먹고 수영장에서도 놀다고 늦은 오후에 구경 혹은 저녁 먹으러 잠깐 나갔어요!! 완벽하게 도시와 차단되서 힐링할수 있는 좋은 곳입니다!!한개 강추 드리는것은 마사지를 예약하면 빌라측에서 마사지사를 불러 주시는데 제 방에서 받을수 있는데 가격도 싸고 실력도 좋았어요! (저는 레이디보이 제 친구는 나이 좀 있으신 여자분)에게 총 두번 받았는데 압도 좋고 잘 하십니다!! 그리고 마지막으로 스태프 분들과 버틀러분은 진짜 너무 너무 친절하세요~ 빌라가 다른 브랜치 지점들도 있다고 해서 꼭 방문해보려고요! 사진도 몇장 투척하니 참고 하세요
