리셉션은 매우 친절합니다. 도심에 위치하지 않지만, 길거리 음식 노점과 음식점이 많이 있습니다. 주차장은 조금 작지만 리셉션 직원이 도와드립니다. 체크인과 체크아웃이 빠릅니다. 객실은 편안합니다. 매우 깨끗합니다. 커플의 경우 신분증과 결혼 증명서를 확인합니다. 말랑에서 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다.

Kamarnya bersih dan nyaman, kamar mandinya juga ada water heaternya, pegawainya ramah banget, bahkan sampai dibolehin pinjam sendal karena saya tidak bawa sendal. Setiap pagi dapat morning snacks (air mineral dan snacks). Recommended banget untuk menginap di sini, bakal jadi penginapan fav kalo ke Malang lagi.

Terima kasih, lokasi strategis deket dengan pasar jajanan ketika malam hari, kamar bersih, toilet bersih, ada balkon kecil, ada mushola juga. Stopkontak listrik banyak, jadi tidak kwatir rebutan colokan. Sayangnya nya rooftop lantai 4 tidak bisa dipakai untuk umum, karena pintu terkunci.

We had a very pleasant stay here, we were arrived earlier than the check-in hour and the receptions offer us to come in and get the early check in event though we haven't mentions about this prior our arrival. He saved us that morning. The rooms also very neat, tidy and clean.
