1.주위 빈민가입니다. 발랑안 비치를 셔틀버스로 이용하는 것 외엔 아무것도 할 수 없어요. 2.저녁 식사할 곳이 마땅치 않아 호텔 레스토랑을 이용했는데 저녁은 지정되어있는 날짜에만 부페고 나머지는 코스인데 2인 100달러 이상을 지불할 만큼의 가치는 절대 아니었습니다. 할 수 없이 덤탱이 쓴 느낌이었어요. 3.한국인 매우 많습니다. 네이버 찾아보니 후기는 없고 죄다 여행사에서 추천하는 글들만 많이 올라오는 걸로 보아 신혼여행 특수 호텔로 미는거것 같은데 글쎄요, 이가격이면 위치와 서비스가 더 훌륭한 곳에 숙소를 잡을 수 있을텐데요 발리에서 4.그랩 절대 안잡힙니다. 드라이버 있는 분 혹은 팩키지 여행은 뭐 상관없겠지만 저와 제 친구는 그랩을 잡으려 1시간 이상을 고군 분투했으나 이 지역 택시 드라이버들 때문에 그랩기사가 근처에 왔다 캔슬하고 돌아가기를 수차례 반복후 결국 그랩에 비해 2배가 넘는 금액을 주고 호텔앞에 대기하던 현지 택시를 이용했는데요. 기사는 친절했고 차의 상태는 쾌적했지만 호텔 직원이 택시 기사한테 발리어로 호텔운영 드라이버의 가격을 보여주더니 택시 기사는 값비싸게 불렀습니다. 더이상 흥정도 안되었고 너무 지쳐서 그냥 탔습니다. 5.어차피 발리 어디가나 여행객들한테는 덤탱이를 씌우는데 기왕 덤탱이 쓸거 위치 좋은곳 가세요. ㅎㅎ 진짜 개고생했습니다. 6.제 생일 케이크 촛불 불어준 여직원 아니었음 정말 욕만 썼을거에요. 호텔시설 자체는 쾌적하고 예뻐요. 위치는 개헬입니다

조용하고 쾌적한 숙소라 푹 쉬고 왔습니다. 레스토랑은 하나지만 밥이 맛있어서 머무는 동안 나가서 먹고 올 생각도 딱히 안들었네요.

숙소랑 전반적으로 너무 깔끔하고 쾌적하고 좋았어요! 다만, 제가 청소요청에 대한 응대가 좀 늦었던 것 같아 그게 좀 아쉬웠어요 ㅎㅎㅎ

Overall stay was great. Staff was kind, understanding and accommodating. Would definitely return in the future.

The staff were absolutely amazing. I had an experience where I booked a driver through the hotel to take us to Nusa Dua to our next hotel. When checking out, I finalised the bill which I didn't realise included the transfer to the next hotel. I then paid the driver in cash directly, meaning I had double paid. When I realised, I advised Cros Bali Breaker and they offered a refund and physically delivered the cash refund to me to the next hotel which is an hour away, without question. I very much appreciate that the staff went over and above to rectify the situation and I would like to thank them for this. I would highly recommend this hotel due to the overall service they provide.

The overall area of this hotel is very beautiful/ 5 stars but coupled with my experience I have to give this place 4 stars. Cross Bali’s location is deceiving because although it looks close to a beach and surrounding destinations, there are not a lot of access roads there which makes it quite inconvenient. The closest beach was Balangan Beach and it was nice that the hotel provided a free shuttle to there. my biggest complaint was the management. The staff was excellent. They were very attentive and very friendly, however, management was where they lacked. we booked a two bedroom villa for six people on Expedia and paid the total for it, but Cross Bali sent us a message saying that we would have to pay for an additional bed. The lack of communication between Expedia and the hotel was very frustrating to deal with. Then there were issues with our rooms a few days before we were coming so there was more frustration there. Thankfully, that was resolved quickly. All in all, for a hotel to be labeled as 5 stars, I think they should treat their guests a lot better than what we received.

Food was bad really bad

Very beautiful hotel with nice restaurants and nice pool.

Cross Bali Breakers is a great resort in a quiet location. We were impressed from the moment we arrived, then taken to our room by Oka. The gardens, the staff, the facilities- all excellent. The rooms with private pool were immaculate. Room service was a treat for drinks, meals, snacks - any requests met with a smile. Choice of our own pool, infinity pool or pool with swim up bar - something for everyone! Highlight was breakfast - complete with new daily menu offerings and omelette station - very high quality... and mimosa included!! Location wise - no other local restaurants close by - but not necessary as in-house dining very good. Shuttle to Balangan Beach provided.

Rooms were amazing. Staff were super-helpful, friendly, warm and made the whole experience a lot of fun and v relaxing! The plunge pool to the side of the villa was awesome. Nice to refresh in after sunbathing. The free gym classes/PT sessions with Bayu were great! The food options were great too - a mix of local as well as international cuisine, and with a free breakfast that had different options each day, I didn’t go hungry! The spa and pool facilities were amazing too! Highly recommend this place 👌

What an incredible hotel! Rooms were clean and well decorated and the amenities were great. This is all pictured, the service however was memorable and cannot be pictured. The turn down service left a different item made out of a towel (the crab was most notable), with a his and hers robe laid out, eye masks etc. On the last night, we got a hand written note from the staff. I unfortunately got food poisoning on the last night, and without hesitation, they extended our check out, sent dry food and extra water. Also directed my wife to the pharmacy. Great stay with impeccable service!

What an amazing tranquil resort. From the rooms, to the dining to the pool, everything was amazing. It was a beautiful week spent here. The staff was so kind and welcoming. Shout out to Yuli and Rendy for being so kind. Thank you both!

I loved this hotel. Beautiful, clean rooms. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The buffets and drinks were delicious. Definitely will stay here again when visiting Bali!

Everything was amazing here! All of the staff was polite and helpful, my room was spacious and clean! The breakfast was delicious too!

The staff at the hotel were warm, charming, and truly beautiful people inside and out. They were genuinely hospitable and always made you feel welcome. The hotel is actually located in Balangan, not Jimbaran as I originally thought, which makes it a bit more tucked away and hidden—a nice surprise if you’re looking for something private and peaceful. The food selections were delicious, with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. The vibe was perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious and cozy, though I did feel it was missing a proper closet to store clothes, and the TVs could use an upgrade. The pools stayed cool unless they were in direct sunlight, which was refreshing in the daytime but a little chilly at night. The bathroom had an open design, which some may enjoy, but I personally would have preferred it to be enclosed. The only downside to my stay was that because my flight was canceled, I lost one night and was told there would be no compensation for the missed day. While that was disappointing, I decided to let it go so I could enjoy the rest of my stay—and I’m glad I did. Overall, the combination of the staff’s hospitality, the hidden location, and the relaxing vibe made this a memorable experience.

Really great property with private villa style rooms and private pools. There’s an outdoor CrossFit style gym and onsite spa.
