Poor service from staff. Unclean room and bathroom

The stay was okay. The room was not clean and the linen were dirty. I asked the staff (younger male and female) to change the sheets and pillow cases because they were dirty and they started to laugh as I walked away. They did go change the sheets but those had small dirt stains too. I didn’t want to stay after checking in but I was limited as I didn’t find another property nearby and my sister convinced me to give it a chance. We slept over two sarongs we had and that worked out. We also spent most of our time outside the villa. The older lady who served the breakfast was great and very welcoming. She definitely made our experience more pleasant.

My husband and I stayed here for a few weeks. It wasn't bad-the bed and pillows were comfortable comfortable (and I'm pregnant). The staff was nice and the view from the location are really beautiful. My only complaint is that they should invest in few towels- they had such a rough texture (like sand paper) and were stained most of the time.

Disgusting place, awful manager, nothing like the pictures, I left within an hour of arriving due to awful state of the place and they and Expedia have refused to offer any refund or compensation. It’s a complete scam, and I have since found many other reviews stating the same, and I’ve discussed with Expedia who are still selling this accommodation and promoting it. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

Llegamos al hotel despues de un largo viaje desde Seminyak. Y para nuestra sorpresa el personal nos dice que no tiene nuestra reserva. Les enseño mi confirmacion y previo pago del hotel, pero siguen insistiendo que no aparecemos en el sistema. Despues de uas risas entre ellos y nosotroa sin entender nade de lo que estaba pasando nos dicen que esperemos un ratito. Una vez "solucionado" el problema nos dicen que ha sido una doble reserva. ¿Y si no hubiera habido habitacion disponible? A quien le echo la culpa? En general todo bien, aunque solo nos quedamos a dormir no pudimos disfrutar de las amenidades del hotel.
