정말 최고의 휴가를 보냈어요 객실 상태도 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 청소도 자주해주고 에프터눈티 서비스까지 포함되어 있어서 정말 좋았어요 우붓 시내와 거리가 좀 있지만 그랩바이크를 이용하거나 정해진 시간에 호텔 차량 서비스를 이용할 수 있어요! 다음에 또 우붓에 오면 꼭 다시 찾을거에요!! 고마워요!! 친절한 직원들!!

The staff, food, and rooms are incredible. The spa is top notch. You just need to know you are at a place that is pretty isolated. But I would just hire a driver to get me wherever I wanted to go and it's super cheap. I will 100% be going back there. I loved it.

The hotel was lovely and clean the staff were so helpful and friendly especially Pulpa and Agus! I will definetly be back in the future!

We stayed 7 nights in the Emana Pool Villa and overall had a great time, though we spent most of our time exploring the island and culture outside the property. Our time within the villa was great; however, there were several issues that I think they can improve on to be a truly great property. First, our package perks were not fully explained to us, so we were always surprised with things that we were offered but also disappointed with things that we thought were included. Also, they would charge for small things such as adding caramel to my morning latte, which is typically part of a standard breakfast. We were also shown many drink menus that we could choose from but were never told about additional charges until after we had decided to order. They were also pretty reserved about providing basic amenities such as more than one roll of toilet paper or more than 2 towels. They also provide a complimentary shuttle to Ubud centre at various times of the day which we greatly appreciated; however, we were not informed that we must request the shuttle at those times and were stuck waiting 40 minutes in the blistering heat. There were also many small things that irked us considering the money we paid to stay. As some examples, they would turn off our AC when coming to clean our room and not turn it back on, we were always reluctant to eat at the restaurant as there were many ants crawling around the table and sometimes our plates, and also found many ants/grasshoppers in our villa

Have to be honest, I could hear the people showing in the rooms above, and taking on their phones in the rooms next door. It’s not in the rice fields, and the pool was much smaller than expected.

all food was fantastic. just know that everything is outdoor-style. no ac in eating area. staff was terrific. rooms good, just understand bugs sometimes get in room, especially if you leave lights on, need to ensure you keep balcony closed at night if lights on location is a bit difficult with poor road access but worth it

Hotel was beautiful and the staff were amazing. Pool was nice and had a great view. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The location is a bit far from town but they had a free shuttle so we didn’t mind.

Everything was excellent. I felt so welcomed. Everyone very respectful and always wearing a beautiful smile. The facilities were beautiful, clean and relaxing. The services, from the front desk, restaurant and massage services were all great. I will definitely come back to stay in this hotel.

This place was lovely to spend some solo time, there were many couples too. Its away from the busyness so you will need car to move around but they offer a free shuttle into the center of Ubud. The staff was truly delightful and my favorite part of the experience. They were very helpful. The Chef was wonderful and I booked a cooking class. Also did their offering workshop and loved it. The bed and pillows were very comfy and everything felt very clean (Im super sensitive to cleaning product scents and had no issues yet everyting very clean.) I will return again!

The room was amazing from the view to cleanliness. The very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and professional I give the hotel 10 out of 10.

Had the best four days at this wonderful 1 year old boutique hotel. The staff was the highlight of our trip. Kind, fun, and the most service minded people I have ever met. All 15 people we met were incredible. Perfect destination for a couple or someone who needs to relax in the most luxurious surroundings there is. Room was very clean and beautiful. The hotel could be a part Six senses 5 start luxury hotels. I don’t get how it could be this cheap for such a 5 start experience. Shuttle car to Ubud is free, room service is cheap, pool is beautiful, food is delicious. We could have complementary breakfast in our room every day. Best hotel ever. A must visit when in Bali. Shout out to Desak, Panca, Lena, Vina, Yuanita, Puspa, Dirga and the rest off the staff who gave us this incredible experience. We have no negative feedback.

Room is clean, staff are very nice and friendly. I left my hair flat iron in the hotel, when I message them, the staff went above and beyond to get it deliver to us in Uluwatu, about 2.5 hours drive. I have very much please with their customer service.

Breakfast was good, staff was great and super attentive, room super nice and clean, really peaceful environment during the day and nice view on the rice fields. On the negative side, the roosters next door woke me up at 3 am every morning. The next door neighbor was on his balcony talking on the phone and we could hear him like he was in our room even though the balcony door was closed. During breakfast, a lady next to our table lit up a cigarette and started smoking. We had to move because of the smoke but I found it interesting that no staff told her anything. The hotel is about 15 minutes from Ubud if you go by scooter (the hotel rents them) The road is seriously up and downhill and windy.

A quiet and scenic getaway though the road in is not well maintained. Staffs were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was huge and comfortable. A great option if you’re looking for a good hideout in Ubud.
