Een rustig, mooi gesitueerd hotel

Very old hotel in need of updating,very basic food.Best thing about this hotel is its location,absolutely can’t be beat.If you just need a decent bed and shower but will be out and about most of the time this place is ok,also pool is pretty good.Dont have any proof but think staff may have stolen my phone.Cant imagine Balinese person doing that but 🤔.

Central Sanur, love how close the beach was. Cheap!!!! 🎉 It requires some upgrades and cleaning. Please get the mould off the pool sides. The Blocked drains made it somewhat unpleasant. The breakfast was only eggs your way. Very simple but ok. Would have loved a Buffett but not a necessity. The people especially the grounds elders were beautiful. Thank you for your kind personalities. Thank you for having us.

Perfekt beliggenhet ved stranden og nær alt man trenger. Sjarmerende hage og veldig autentisk. Ekstremt slitt og skittent.

This resort is pretty sad. The pools are unswimmable due to significant black mould growth (metres of it on the pool walls). Rooms are dirty, dusty, musty, and the bathrooms are filthy. We were booked for 13 days but left after a matter of hours. We had booked a family room but were provided two seperate non-adjoining hotel rooms. I would suggest this is the worst hotel in sanur, if it was in NZ or AU it would have been shutdown. The staff are nice and you feel sorry for them as the lack of maintenance and poor facilities are not their fault.

Free breakfast, very accommodating staff. The 70 yr old gardener carried my suitcase.

Loved gardens pools and dining areas

Prime beach location surrounded by lush gardens with easy access to shopping, restaurants, beach. Tranquil, Balinese character bungalow, two small swimming pools and a beach front cafe. Bathrooms were dated and felt grubby detracting from overall comfort. Daily cleaning of the bathroom was inconsistent and I had to request soap and fresh bathmat. Modernising the bathrooms and improving the cleaning service would bring up the standard of the hotel.

Very outdates place and even the sheets and towels were old and stained. Reception staff were rude. Property has beautiful gardens but fhe buildings are old and worn.

This is an older property in a fantastic position, it is a shame that the rooms have not been maintained as it could be amazing! The rooms were clean but linen, bathrooms, tv's etc very outdated. Grounds were clean and tidy.

Beautiful garden. I stayed in the simplest accom. Big room and bathroom with another side room. Right on the beach. Cons: pool has black mould, no wifi in room.

Pleasant stay but hotel is getting very old and rooms needs updating.

The Gazebo resort grounds are a wonderful green garden with plants everywhere. The gardener takes great care of the grounds. There are 2 pools which are nice for a refreshing dip The room was spacious. The only complaint would be the room wss a little musty. The a/c needed to be run before we got there and better if the filter was cleaned. Other than that, it's a nice place with all kinds of eateries within minutes walk.

Wunderschöner Garten, aber die Zimmer sind leider total runter gekommen. Es wurde schon sehr viele Jahre nichts mehr investiert .

Booked for 1 month left after 1 day. Place needs major overhaul

Recht einfache Unterkunft. Wird regelmäßig sauber gehalten. Sollte in Zukunft renoviert werden. Zugang zum Strand ist Gold wert. Waren vier Wochen vor Ort und hat uns gefallen. Hans -Juergen Krause

This place was beautiful on its day but now it’s a bit run down. Staff are amazing and gardens are also amazing

The hotel room we got was in the back, and no breakfast incl...The bathroom is really old and poor, and not really cleaned. The breakfast was poor and the restaurant also looking old. Maybe this place was nice 30 years ago, but not anymore. Only positive is the garden, and the beach nearby..
