호텔 VIP 룸은 정말 넓습니다. 저처럼 출장객이라면 객실 조명이 더 밝으면 독서와 컴퓨터 작업을 하는 데 도움이 될 것 같습니다. 호텔의 조리된 음식은 아침, 점심, 저녁 식사로 훌륭합니다. 4일 동안 머무는 동안 단품 메뉴의 절반 이상을 거의 다 먹어봤습니다. 투숙객에게는 작은 미니마켓이나 편의점이 있으면 좋을 것 같고, 본탕 시내까지 소형 미니밴으로 이동해서 간단한 관광과 현지 간식을 즐길 수 있으면 좋겠습니다. 기념품 쇼핑도 좋은 선택이 될 것입니다. 현지 별미로 점심이나 저녁 식사를 즐기기에 좋습니다.

Kamar mandi bau tidak ada kamar non smoking blower smoking membuat berisik. Tidak ada tempat sarapan/resro sarapan di antar ke kamar yang pasti kami salah pilih hotel di bontang.

The hotel need improve a lot. Saya menginap 3 Hari 2 malam. Untuk business trip di room VIP tapi fasilitasnya tidak sebanding. Tidak ada lemari es, .tidak ada pemanas Air, lampu kamar tidak Berfungsi. AC tidak Berfungsi. Bahkan saya sampe pindah-pindah kamar. Ternyata semua sama. Pesan kamar include breakfast tapi tidak dapat fasilitas breakfast. Karpet Di kamar juga perlu d sedot Debu, pintu akses ke taman juga tdk bisa diBuka, sayang bgt. Padahal tempatnya luas dan pemandangan hijaunya juga OK. Tapi tidak ada maintenance. Really-really need improve

Room was Big all right. First given Guest House room 1, unfortunately access door to terrace could be locked. Who will stay wit unlocked door in a room with door unlocked to open yard. Then moved to room #3, no hot water even shower has been flowing more than 15 minutes. Mattress was very hard and pillows really uncomfortable. Nest morning when asked for breakfast only given the choice of Nasi Goreng or Mie Goreng or toast with egg. Paid Rp.622,000 for that kind of stay. Total disappointment.
