I stay for 1 night with my family, I booked for a room with triple bed configuration. When I arrived, they told us the room had a problem, so they should move us to different room but with only with 1 bed configuration. I refuse to accepted, since I paid for higher and more expensive room type. Finally they give the triple configuration bed room with a notes that 1 light switch are leaked with water from rain, so can not operate (can be dangerous). Actually they have another 2 bedrooms available, the lady on the reception is wiling to give (she is very helpful and very polite, she is the only positive feedback I can give to this hotel), but she have to re confirmed with the manager, and the manager said no. When I checked in, I also send the confirmation letter to the manager via WhatsApp, He only read my message and not reply (I've been stayed more than 50 hotels around the world, this is my only experience there is a person called hotel managed didn't reply guest message). Anyway, back to the property, first of all, it is dirty from the bathroom to the common/public area, you will easily find dust, dead insects, trash, etc. The bathroom is weird because its open air and there is no roof. The time I stayed there, it was raining whole day and night, so when I take a bath, there is a natural water from rain, no shower needed to keep you wet yet dirty. (Maybe it is a natural concept, which I don't understand). The bed is using bed sheet and blanked with dark chocolate color (which for me, again not common), as far as I know, one of the reason hotel using all white bed sheet and blanked is to make sure there is no stain, dirty spot, insects, etc. To make sure all sheet is clean (but if the hotel purposes to hide the dirty spot, the hotel doing a good job!) I can list down all the negative feedback for this properties and make a book for it, but I guess those comments are enough to give the whole picture of the hotel. Again, the only good thing about this hotel, the lady on the reception (sorry forget her name), she is the only valuable asset of this property. One last thing to say, If you want to have a good experience, find so many hotel/villa with this price (even cheaper) around the area with much much better product and services, If you want to waste your money and have bad experience, this is the best place to stay!

위치가 완벽해서 침대에서도 웅장한 에이징산을 선명하게 볼 수 있었어요. 게다가 조깅 트랙에서 계단식 논을 가장 잘 볼 수 있었어요.
