Fasilitas tidak lengkap di kamar tidak Ada towel, pemanas air. Kurangnya pengetahuan karyawan tentang hotel sendiri. Semoga diperbaiki nextnya.

Kamarnya bagus, tapi sayangnya kebersihan gak dijaga. Saat menginap kamar kotor, kasur kotor dan bau, sarung bantal pun bau bekas orang pakai, selimut baunya naudzubillah, handuk juga bau dan kotor, sampah dimana mana. Tolong di tingkatkan lagi kebersihan dan kenyamanan customer.
