Cukup saya saja yang merasakan menginap di sini. Nilai 1-10 mungkin saya kasih nilai 2, untuk bangunannya hancur parah, kolam renang sangat kotor, lampu-lampu mati, makananya aduh kacau deh kapok banget, mungkin tidak usah dibenerin bangunannya tapi dirobohin saja bangun ulang, thanks.

Sebenarnya ingin kasih penilaian "fair" tapi opsinya hanya good atau bad, jadi saya lebih ke arah bad agar bisa di perbaikin kedepannya. Hotel design bagus, kita dapat vila upgrade ke 3kamar (vila besar) seharusnya happy tapi karena kami keluarga kecil terlalu besar, itu karena kami check in di sore hari, karena tamu yg lebih awal menempati vila yg kita pesan, seharusnya ini sesuai orderan kan tidak bisa di switch, tapi saya tidak paham kenapa jadinya di vila yg lbh besar sarapannya sangat jauh dr ekspetasi untuk kelas vila, bangunan cukup berumur, agak kurang bersih, tv tidak ada channel. Tapi pelayanan sangat ramah

The worst hotel/villa I ever stay. 1. tidak ada handuk, karena belum diambil dari laundry, 2. halaman yang sangat tidak terurus 3. perkakas dapur tidak siap sedia: 4. spring bed sudah tidak mumpuni, langsung membentuk lengkungan badan. 5. sprai kotor 6. banyak serangga di atas kelambu;7. kayu dipan sudah goyah;8. sarapannya payah. 9. air selang kloset bocor.

saya sangat tidak puas, apalagi dengan staff yg bernama made.. tdk profesional.. villa ada tom cat, lintah, tokek didalam kamar bayangin dikamar dengan binatang seperti itu apa bisa tdr.. kita pesan 2 hari langsung checkout 1hari aja

The villa is very lovely but could have been a bit more clean. There is a small kitchen but no tools, or cooking instruments, so bring those yourself. No water gallon, so you have to rely on wasteful water bottles. Pool is nice.

Villanya jauh dari kota, cocok buat yang pengen menyendiri, pertama datang kamar yang kita pesan kataunya lagi perbaikan listrik, jadi di ganti sama kamar yang master (diupgrade) ada bathubnya dan pas pertama datang bathubnya banyak semut item, banyak banget, pelayanannya lumayan ramah. Makanannya juga lumayan, tapi berhubung kita mainnya jauh, ya berasa jauh dari mana-mana villanya haha totalnya ya lumayan lah.

Villanya jauh dari mana-mana. saya dapat villa yang agak gelap dan kami sekeluarga mendapat, pengalaman tengah malam. Memang betul beberapa review sebelum-sebelumnya; kasur agak berdebu, villa kurang bersih, kamar mandi juga kurang bersih, bahkan MCB listrik sering rusak jadi TV mati hidup. Tapi pelayanan dan respon staf sangat baik, view di luar pun sangat bagus.

Hope this review can be shown on the website, but I'm not sure! All they show in pictures are not from guest, trust me they will give you Villa No 1. 1 word: bad place. Oh 2 words yeah, I become a liar like this villa... Speechless! Don't know where to start for this villa. In room no 1, do not ever try this room! Your neck will broken because the TV is far from the table! Everything is worse in this villa, no spoon, no mug, dirty dispenser and dirty kitchen, bad kitchenette especially knife! For guest complain, they don't care, and I hope for our satisfaction to sleep, do not ever try this villa! Ever! I book for two nights but only 1 night we stayed, what about the money you already pay? Make it like donation for this villa! I pay for a good place, but I got this, this place teach me how to use online booking really! Location: far and hard to find what you need here! Villa ini sudah biasa untuk mendapatkan komplain tetap tidak menanggapi , karena dengan cara inilah mereka dapat uang! Bagi saya ini memalukan!

Chỉ được view đẹp, còn lại mọi thứ đều tệ. 23/6 Minh2 book căn vila cho 6 người ở, được 3 phòng, lúc sau phát sinh thêm 1 trẻ em nên phụ thu thêm 300k IDR, tổng cộng mình phải thanh toán 3.378k IDR, khoảng 6.250k VNĐ/2 đêm. Về đường đi: Con đường để vào được Greenview cực kỳ xấu, vừa gồ ghề, vừa nhỏ hẹp, ban đầu mình cứ nghĩ tài xế đi lộn chỗ.. Về phòng ở: Chị mình chọn phòng trên cao, view rất đẹp nhưng phòng vệ sinh thì bốc mùi ẩm mốc, chị mình bị viêm mũi dị ứng nên bị ngứa và đau đầu suốt trong 2 ngày ở đây. Phòng còn lại thì bị tắc kè kêu suốt đêm, khiến mình ko ngủ được vì rất ồn. Mình đã yêu cầu bắt như nhân viên có bắt cũng như ko, vì có rất nhiều con. Về thức ăn: Ăn sáng mình đã book từ tối hôm trước và yêu cầu 8h sáng phải có vì mình cần ăn sớm để ra sân bay, nhưng đến 8h30 vẫn chưa có, lúc đó nhân viên mới bắt đầu làm. Wifi thì khỏi nói, quá tệ.. Thực sự khuyên các bạn ko nên ở đây, chỉ được cái bề ngoài mà chất lượng phục vụ thì kém.
