Smooth check in process by reception staff. The basin in our room toilet was choked and staff attended to it promptly.

Great location, excellent service, facility slightly aged.

The hotel was in a great location close to the harbour which made easily accessible to our 10 hour komodo tour. Hotel staff was very friendly which made our stay even better.

I was looking for something inexpensive and convenient, because I was spending limited time in my room- this checked both boxes. Why 4 instead of 5 stars? 1. I had hoped to get some work done but the wifi was having issues. They actually switched things while I was there and everything worked perfectly after that but it was disappointing for what I needed. Also breakfast was included but I knew that when I booked. Review: This was a great location for the price - $53 Canadian for a sea view room aka 3rd floor. Harbour view (I believe 2nd floor) would have been $47 and main floor was much less. The best views are at the rooftop where the restaurant and pool are located. • Two bottles of water in room on arrival • Helpful welcoming staff • Lent me an adapter for my phone • Great views and location - money changer across the street, scuba centers everywhere, incredible massage next door - recommend (hotel guests get a 10% discount) • Pool was a wading pool - knee deep but nice to refresh and enjoy the sunset of harbour views. • Restaurant had great food and lovely service.

Der var meget larm fra gaden. Deres wifi var MEGET svingende og aldrig helt godt. God restaurant på toppen af bygningen som man skal igennem med badetøj for at komme til minipoolen. Men fin udsigt og super betjening. Sjovt de ikke kører morgenmad fra restauranten på taget ? De havde endvidere ikke antenne TV eller live TV. Man kunne streame til tv’et igennem Netflix ect… Behøver ikke komme igen.

Disappointing

Excellent location and welcoming staff.

The staff were very welcoming and kind. The hotel is very central so there were lots of food options within walking distance as well as tour places and the harbour. The room was clean with a very nice bathroom and good air con. We didn’t have any issues with noise. The swimming pool picture is slightly misleading as it is very small and is now part of the Japanese restaurant on the top floor so if you wanted to use it it is within the restaurant seating area.

View of port. In the middle of town. Close to everything. Earplugs needed as can be noisy at nights. Staff very friendly. Lovely town. Like Bali was 50 years ago.

Pro’s Great location for harbour and food options Friendly helpful staff Clean and comfortable bed Lovely breakfast in Mimamori (cross road, turn left, about four shops down). Con’s They do warn but even on the third floor noise is loud into the small hours. Car horns, ship horns, bass music, dogs. All adds to the atmosphere, but I would bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper.

The pool was not so nice, it is next to the restaurant so it was pretty awkward to be there in swimming suit meanwhile the other guests were having lunch

The location is great - close to both the airport and harbour. Also nice restaurants for breakfast (6:30am) up to dinner. Room is basic and everythings in order except the weak wifi.
