the room was totally different with the pics that we can see from the webside. and looked pretty old. service was so so. but they have really nice location for diving and foods were really good at their restaurant. towels change every 2days so it was quite feeling dirtty after swimming and shower. wifi is horrible. you might have to log in thousand times to get wifi

Great beach in Amed . direct access to fantastic snorkelling with turtles and fish of every colour and size.best location in Amed . great food at breakfast friendly and helpful staff . Room clean and comfy

Très déçue par cet hôtel!!! Points positifs : excellente localisation - accès direct à la plage de Lipah et des spots de Snorkeling Points négatifs : le petit déjeuner est le pire que j’ai eu à Bali, les bungalows nécessiteraient un coup de rafraîchissement. J’avais demandé un grand lit mais ai eu 2 lits jumeaux. Le staff a essayé de rapprocher les lits mais c’était très loin d’être confortable. Par ailleurs, la chambre est infestée de moustiques - les produits répulsifs mis à disposition n’ont pas suffit

Trevligt hotell. Väldigt lugnt område, fanns inte så mycket att göra. Vägarna väldigt dåliga i hela Amed.

Tres bon sejour dans cet hotel. Bon petit dejeuner, bon restaurant, piscine tres agreable. Parc entretenu. Logement tres agreable et confortable. Personnel tres agreable et souriant. Seul bemol pour la clim tres bruyante car au niveau de la tete de lit.

Beautiful facility, great beach, good restaurant and they treat you like family. Looking forward toy next visit.

Die Cottages liegen direkt am Strand. Sind leider etwas in die Jahre gekommen. In den 3 Tagen wurde das Badetuch und das Strandtuch nie gewechselt. Im Bad gab es nur 1 Handtuch für 2 Personen. Pool war sauber, die Gartenanlage gepflegt.

We stayed for four night late September. The price was the same as two five star resorts in which we stayed whilst in Indonesia. The experience was totally different however The good: Coral reef right in front of the resort. Great for snorkeling (not for swimming) There is an electric mosquito repellent device in the room (you'll need it) Shops and restaurants close by. The bad: There are gaps around the windows and where the roof meets the walls. Around the front door there is literally a 2-3 cm gap all around. Lots of bugs come in Sound insulation is virtually non existent The room doesn't get really cool due to all of the gaps. Cleaning is below average, there was sand on the floor, cups didn't get washed etc. The food in the restaurant is the worst we've seen in Indonesia. Any warung is better and cheaper. Upon arrival there were two bottles of water in the room, that's all we got for 4 night. The flow of water from the shower is very poor. The difference between the two five start resorts that we stayed in during our holiday and these cottages was night and day. However we paid about the same for all of them. Find something better.

Your own bungalow in beautiful gardens with a swimming pool, beach, and excellent restaurant. Quiet and peaceful. Great for families with children. Write the hotel for transport from the airport.

Le paradis sur terre ! Belle chambre avec une très belle salle de bain à l’extérieur dans un beau jardin très bien entretenu .le personnel est adorable et attentionné . On a apprécié avoir une belle plage de sable et un véritable aquarium sur place. Très bon restaurant avec vu sur mer. .on pouvait manger à tout heure .On a passé 4 jours merveilleux .un havre de paix

Das Hidden Paradies Cottage ist eine sehr gepflegte Bungalow Anlage. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach und einwenig in die Jahre gekommen was dem Ambiente keinen Abbruch tut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist einfach nur traumhaft mit schwarzem Sandstrand vor der Tür und einem so gut erhaltenen Riff wie es selbst in Ägypten selten zu finden ist. In der Bucht kann man alles sehen was man sich wünscht…. bunte Fische Schildkröten ein Schiffswrack und sogar Babyhaie. Wahnsinn!!!

Très bel hôtel formé de bungalows. Le lit est gigantesque et la literie impeccable (on a très bien dormi).Le restaurant avec vue sur sur mer est excellent. On sent qu'il y a un effort pour limiter notre impact. Le wifi fonctionne assez bien. Au pied d'un spot de snorkeling (celui au pied du resto Vienna est un peu mieux et vous pouvez y aller à pied depuis la plage). Seul petit bémol, la douche fraîche (peu ou pas d'eau chaude) et le 'pollen' des arbres qui fait comme une pellicule sur la piscine (mais on apprécie l'ombre que les arbres apportent).

Fantastic location, love the pasta straws instead of plastic, great food and lovely rooms...

Wonderful gateway

The good - Location. Right next to the beach. Easy access for swimming and good snorkelling. Free sunbeds available for guests. Dinner food and cocktails were decent. The not so good - Dated cottages with doors that don't close properly. Lizards, ants and other bugs inside the room and bathroom. Farm animals held next to the cottages. We were awoken at 5am each morning by roosters crowing and other animal noises. Overall poor noise isolation inside the acommodation. Loud noise from surrounding palm trees hitting the roof due to wind. Overall we did not have a good night sleep a single night and felt tired throughout the stay. Breakfast below average with half of the food cold. Few nice staff members but mostly apathetic. We had nicer service in other hotels in Bali. Adds 15% service charge to any food or drinks you buy. Service charge is common in Bali but this is the highest we've seen for frankly mediocre service. Expected more for €110 per night. Wish we had payed a bit extra for a 5 star acommodation instead.

This property is the best location right on the beach where we snorkelled and saw turtles, coral and heaps of fish without catching a boat. A couple of the staff took us via motorcycle to sunset point in Amed. Truely beautiful. Thanks for your Bali hospitality.
