Clean and nice room. It is good place for business trip like me. Will come again

Suite room is really big, the picture did not lie. Accessible from main road and only took about 30mts by car to get to the most crowded area or 5 mts to get to the nearest beach. There's also some of food option near the hotel

Beach rustic style type of hotel

Bangunan tidak sesuai harapan. Kolam renang kotor. Depan kamar ada kanopi dan air hujan menggenang disitu, akibatnya banjir depan kamar. Makanan standar sekali

Hotel mungil tapi sangat tertata dengan baik. Kamar luas cocok untuk keluarga. Interior keren, sesuai foto, pelayanan ramah, pasti akan menginap lagi di sana karena sangat menyenangkan. Sangat dekat dengan tempat makan dan banyak pilihan. Puas sekali dengan pelayanan dan lokasi hotel. Hanya saja sebelah hotel sedang ada pembangunan sehingga waktu siang agak sedikit bising.

I needed a place for a rest & relax while my own house was being renovated. But had no idea the place is located to a building construction site, can you imagine the nice level I avoided was now just next to my hotel? The electricity went out, no genset , we had to sleep on the floor for a nap because it's way too hot it was in the middle of the afternoon heat in Sanur, Bali! While I was trying to sleep with a door slightly open because obviously we couldn't use the aircon, just all of a sudden someone tried to open our door, turned out it was some people wanting to book a room there but needed to check it and see it beforehand, shouldn't the guesthouse staff should direct them to the right vacant room? Our rest & relax time was just a disaster. Also not enough parking space. Fits only for 3 cars, located in a busy intersection. I was with my 6 yo son, the pool is too deep for him who can't swim. So definitely not a place for a family with little kids. The staffs are polite and nice though. Love the room. Artsy.

This hotel is clean, has spacious room, nice bathroom. Options for breakfast menu at the small cafe across.

The receptionist guy is always gone.. even, nobody was there when we checked out.. so, we left our key at the receptionist table.. one time we wanted to buy a drink, the receptionist guy was sleeping on the lobby couch! We asked for the drink price, he doesn't even know.. then, he randomly say the price (which is more expensive than it should be).. we even bargained for the drink! So unprofessional!

Kamarnya oke, cukup luas dan desainnya lucu. Kamar mandinya tidak sempit dan bersih banget. Worth the price.

Floor is dirty. Sheet is not fresh (smell dusty). Bathroom is stink (maybe because is rarely used). Available breakfast only bread, waffle, pancake and we must walk across the hotel

untuk kamar nyaman walaupun dapat dilantai 3, dan naik menggunakan tangga yang apabila hujan agak licin. untuk kamar bau debu sampai 2 hari baru hilang, dan ada debu di furniturenya juga. air mineral, harus diminta tiap harinya. dan handuk juga. untuk sarapan biasa saja order dulu sehari sebelumnya untuk sarapan. teh dan kopi ketika minta tambah kena charge dan membayar cash setelah makan.

2 hari dhotel ini menginap di kamar suite enak banget luas cocok buat yang bawa anak. Air panasnya juga ok kenceng. Sangat puas dengan harga miring bisa dapat kamar yang besar dan lucu interiornya. Kurangnya cuma tidak ada lift, jadi koper di angkat sama petugas hotelnya..
