시내와 가깝고, 직원들이 친절하고, 객실과 욕실이 깨끗하고, 에어컨이 시원합니다

Closet rusak, tombol untuk menyiram tidak keluar air, dan semprot untuk cebok tidak keluar air juga. Remote TV tidak berfungsi.

Ditengah kebingungan mendapatkan hotel di Payakumbuh, kebetulan ada resepsi keponakan di kota itu, terpilihlah hotel ini. Mulanya kepikiran hotel dengan harga segitu, paling sekelas losmen..heheh..istilah jaman dulu banget ya...yaitu sekedar tempat menginap yang biasa yang dilengkapi dengan kipas angin. Akan tetapi..ternyata bagus kok..ada AC nya juga kamarnya relative luas serta kasurnya empuk. Dapat sarapan nasi goreng lagi plus the manis yang diantar ke kamar. Dan kamar mandi dalam pastinya.

Semua yang kami pesan sesuai gambar diberikan tidak sesuai dengan apa yang kami dapatkan, pesan bed ukuran besar dikasih 2 bed. Saat kami komplain malah diajak hitung hitungan harga oleh costumer malah balik marah saat kami komplain. Pesan es jeruk dikasih jeruk panas, Pas komplain malah marah. Rasa bersalah tidak sedikit pun ditunjukkan oleh petugas setempat.
