인나 신두 비치 호텔 & 리조트

발리를 가서 호텔 수영장에서 푹쉬며 책을 보는 느긋함을 즐기는 것이었는데... 풀장은 공사중이었음.ㅠㅠ 체크인할때 미리 알려주지않고 풀장이용을 할 수 없어서 어떻게 하냐고 물어보자 다른 호텔풀장을 이용할 수 있도록 해주겠다고함. 비치가 호텔바로 앞에 있어서 그나마 위안이 되었지만 다른호텔까지 왔다갔다하며 이용한다는것이 쉽지 않았다. 결국 풀장을 가보지도 못하고 돌아옴. 아침부페가 좀 부실한 편이었음. 나이든 분들에겐 조용하고 한적한 비치가 매력적임.

Beachfront and friendly.

This property has an excellent beach-front location and is within easy walking distance of local shops, restaurants and taxi, scooter and bike hire. The property itself is dated but the friendliness and excellent service of the staff make up for the short comings of the building. The hotel offers Spa Massage - this too was excellent and cheaper than those being offered on the beach front. Although dated, we would return here.

The AC in the room was leaking water which they were unable to fix. The walls had water damage so it was surely a problem that has gone unfixed. there were cracked floor tiles and the bathroom door was cracked

So close to the beach. Easy progress from the bar to dining area . Very friendly staff from the check in to dining , bar and pool staff. Eager to please, especially there was likely to be a delay ay the airport .

We arrived 15 minutes before check-in time, but the room wasn’t ready for nearly 90 minutes after the advertised check-in time. There were a couple of times I made requests, to which I was told they could meet them, only to later be told they couldn’t be met. It was very frustrating.

Les +: un beau restaurant avec belle vue mer, un bon petit dejeuner buffet, joli espace piscine et transats tous neufs également sur la plage de l'hotel. Enfin un personnel qui fait de son mieux avec gentillesse . Les - : hotel globalement tres vieillissant et pas renové depuis des decennies, qu'il s'agisse des parties communes ou de notre chambre soi-disant "Deluxe Room" . Cette derniere etait franchement moche, vieillotte, pas rénovée depuis sans doute les annees 90 ! Salle de bain dans un etant scandaleux, baignoire bouchée, et surtout avec des traces de saleté et de calcaire inscrustées, ménage mal fait (traces collantes sur le lavabo, degoutant), linge élimé, troué, mal lavé, et pour couronner le tout : des draps tàchés !!! Bref malheureusement nous regrettons notre choix et deconseillons totalement cet établissement !

大型ショッピングモールから徒歩圏内でビーチ沿いなので良かったです。 浴槽がなく設備も古い感じでしたが、スタッフの方の対応がとてもよく気持ちよく滞在できました。 ありがとうございました！

Det är ett hotell under förfall och ska de ens behålla tre-stjärnor måste de nog börja tänka på underhåll. Det var helt enkelt ”sunkigt”. Men vet man om det och tycker det är ok så är läget bra. Man kunde hyra cykel på hotellet. Frukosten var ok men inte mer. Åt lunch en gång men det var katastrof! Massagen på hotellet var också bra.

Good 3xstar beach hotel, staff attentive and pleasant. Great location. Hotel is dated, so expected it to be a little run down, ie plumbing, etc. as per similar hotels in the area. Would benefit from bathroom upgrades but then, of course, the prices would rise. The worst thing I found was that the pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable. Overall it was a very good experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

Place is completely run down. Hotel is in nice location but is in desperate need of maintenance. We were scheduled to stay 4 nights but left after 2nd night due do many issues wrong with room. Would not recommend at all.
