The best family vacation for our family. Check-in process was handled directly by the owner of the place, Ibu Dewi and Pak Rob, with a very warm welcome. Then we used our time to start enjoying the point of interest near the hotel and swimming pool at the hotel. Continue to have family dinner at the hotel restaurant, sitting right next to the beach and having a wonderful dinner with family. The variation of the menu and the taste of the food was perfect, and it comes with a good and reasonable price, which makes it excellent. Then we decided to continue with family time at the porch of the bungalow until the time to go to bed. The bungalow offers a cozy and spacious room, with the air conditioner working perfectly. Good proper rest. Waking up early, making a small trip to the surrounding area of the hotel, using the bike provided as part of the hotel facility. Continued with breakfast and once again we are impressed by the variation of the menu and the great taste. Then spending the time playing at the beach and swimming pool. Very impressed with the detail of services provided. We needed to go to the restaurant and it was raining outside. All of the sudden, the umbrella was already provided for us at the porch of the bungalow, one for each of us. The owner also kept communicating with us, checking on how they can make our stay more enjoyable. All and all, it's a perfect family vacation for us. Libur akhir tahun 2023, kami berempat memilih Pantai Watukarung Pacitan, dan menginap di Istana Ombak Eco Resort. Penginapan langsung menghadap pantai yang indah, dengan layout style seperti penginapan-penginapan natural di Bali, Istana Ombak terasa nyaman dan dekat dengan alam. Makanannya juga enak, tersedia di meja khusus untuk masing-masing keluarga yang memilih family room, serasa makan bareng di rumah. Pemilik dan pengelola penginapan-nya juga sangat ramah. Alhamdulillah, kami senang dan insya Allah akan kembali ke sana.
