It was the best hotel that I ever stayed. Staffs were very nice and friendly. I appreciate their hospitality, which makes my trip extremely pleasant.

広くてとても綺麗な部屋、大きなプールでとても楽しく快適に過ごせました。食事も美味しく、スタッフの方々のサービスもホスピタリティに溢れていました。

From the moment we walked into Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa & Spa, we knew that it was going to be a wonderful stay. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist and made us feel comfortable during check-in. We stayed in the 2 bedroom with studio villa. They told us about our villa's name, the amenities, and how to contact them if ever we needed something. We've never stayed in a villa before and this property didn't disappoint. The villa was spacious, more than enough for a family of 4. The swimming pool was a bonus. The master bedroom was very comfortable and inviting and the kids had their own beds. The upstairs studio was a wonderful place if you needed some solitude or if you needed to have some peace and quiet. They provided us with citronella spray to ward off mosquitoes and they always stocked the mini-fridge with drinks. The daily breakfast was awesome. There were plenty of options to choose from. I made sure to eat the Indonesian and Balinese breakfast which made me full and ready to go for the day. They also give you a free 15 minute massage as a welcome gift, although we did get this on our last day. :). This property also offers transport within Sanur from 9-5 PM which is a nice perk. Overall, this property was stellar and top notch. The customer service was great and I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a piece of paradise in Bali.

Privacy in a large 400m2 green walled garden villa with pool. Quiet. The twice daily room clean conducted whilst you were dining was above and beyond many very expensive properties we have stayed in. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Restaurant was good with an Indonesian menu. This property is away from the beach area and restaurants but they do provide transport free of charge to get you there and back. For a restful experience we highly recommend it.

Everything is great!!

This was by far the best stay we have experienced in Bali. The amenities and the staff take most of the credit. It’s a gorgeous villa with an amazing pool and outdoor living area. We did not want to step out at all. Lush greenery and caring staff made it exceptional. The shuttle that can be used around the area, 15 mins massage and the afternoon tea were great perks we enjoyed. Next time we visit Bali sure to stay here the whole time 😊

La villa de 500 M era muy grande con un estilo propio de bali lo que nos encanto los sericicios que nos brindaba el.hotel ,desyuno a la villa a cualquier hora con mucha variedad el.frigo bar lo llenaban diario venían diario a limpiar la.villa tiene su proia playa donde te llevan a la.playa o ciudad gratis la villa es para. No salir cok todo lo que ofrece

A great family holiday destination. The staff cannot do enough for you. Good location to beach & shopping etc. In house food is very good. Great having your own pool.

This place is a secluded gem surrounded by old town. It exceeded my expectation by providing an amazing service. The staff were very attentive to our needs and provided quick and flexible service. The villa was clean and beautiful and daily service meant we had clean fresh place to come back to after a long day out. The breakfast and afternoon tea was another level. Pleasing not only the eye but the stomach as well. The best part was the private pool which I took advantage of on a daily basis.

3泊、子連れで利用しました。 プライベートプールが使える点と、ベッドが複数あり、日本人スタッフがいるということで選びました。 ヴィラは広すぎるくらいでリビングからトイレへ行こうとするとお部屋経由で遠い、と感じるほど。 毎日のアフターヌーンティーとチェックイン日の15分のフットマッサージがサービスされて、 思いがけずうれしかったです。 気になった点としては、シャワーの圧は弱く、温度調整が難しい、バスタブはあったが栓がぴったりとされず溜まらない。 部屋の扉が建て付けがいまひとつで、力が要る。鍵がかけにくい所です。 その他は車で10分以内のところに、プライベートビーチがあり、送迎も希望に沿っていただけてゆったり過ごしながらも、多くのサービスが受けられるヴィラを体験できました。 日本人スタッフの方は、こちらのカユマニスはおらず日本語会話でいろいろとお話ししたかったので残念でした。 毎日の清掃、タオル補充、蚊取り線香の交換なども有り難かったです。ありがとうございました。

We had an amazing stay at Kayumanis Sanur Private Villa & spa! The villa was fantastic, and the service was outstanding! We truly would recommend this to anyone looking to live in a fantastic villa in Sanur and wants to feel special!

Wat een geweldige accommodatie. Je eigen villa met privé zwembad en een geweldige buitenruimte om lekker privé te ontspannen. We hadden een 1 kamer villa maar boven was ook nog een aparte ruimte met douche en toilet. Helemaal geen gebruik van gemaakt. De begane grond was voldoende. Na een dag wandelen door Sanur of een van de andere plaatsen op Bali is het genot om een duik te nemen in het verfrissende bad. Dagelijks ontbijt was prima maar naar westerse maatstaven misschien wat weinig. De massage was heerlijk. 2 Uur volledig ontspannen. Nadeel was de airco die misschien zorgde voor een net iets te koele ruimte. Voor mij geen probleem maar voor mensen die het misschien wat sneller koud hebben wat minder.

My wife and I have been to Bali a few times now over the years, it’s safe to say we have found the perfect villas for our holidays in the future. Everything about Kayumanis Sanur is first class, the tucked away location is good to unwind after spending time in the hustle and bustle of the easily accessed tourist spots. The Gong restaurant has delicious food so you hardly need to leave your villa if you don’t want to. An absolute pleasure and highly recommended
