Pertama ke Lombok langsung ambil penginaan di sini, nyaman banget, dapat yang private pool, di aplilasi tidak dengan sarapan, terapi dikasih sarapan dan menunya enak, but not Indonesian food.

Dari pelayanan receptionist baik, lokasi gang sempit. Kamar dan fasilitas standard, kebersihan lingkungan hotel baik. Petugas cleaning ruangan perlu di training kembali karena kurang sopan membersihkan kamar sore hari saat tamu sedang di luar tanpa persetujuan tamu dan tamu juga baru datang 1-2 jam. Harusnya membersihkan ruangan next day atau atas permintaan tamu.

A stayed in their two-bedroom villa with a private pool. It was lovely, although there was a minor problem with check-in time, the staffs handle it wisely, and even gave us complimentary as a token of apology (so thoughtful). The staffs named Herman, Nana, and Ivan were all friendly, nice and helpful even when it was nighttime. They don't provide a TV (which is not a problem for us), so for people who love entertainment, you might wanna bring your own devices. Great place and hospitality, if there is a chance would love to come back again someday ♡

Puji syukur aku tidak salah pilih penginapan selama di kuta lombok. Penginapan ini konsepnya vila minimalis. Luas kamarnya standar tapi sungguh mengesankan, karena terdapat kebun kecil di dalamnya yang juga digunakan sebagai kamar mandi. Semua karyawan ramah dan excited menyambut kedatangan kami. kolam renang, dapur umum dan tempat parkir menambah nilai plus, Aku sangat berterima kasih dengan fasilitas internetnya. kecepatan unduhan mencapai 50mbps! Wifi pun tidak ada masalah. namun, Perlu diperbaiki fasilitas kamar mandinya. Seperti flush toilet dan air yang tergenang di lantai kamar mandi, apakah aku mau menginap kembali? jawabannya adalah iya!

Villanya keren banget bersih the staf was so great, very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended buat kalian yang mau menjelajahi pantai-pantai di sekitar kuta tapi mau staycation juga.

Super nyaman, kamarnya oke banget, kasurnya enak nyaman banget setelah seharian explore lombok bisa istirahat dengan proper 😁, paling asik dapat 2 bantal besar dan 1 bantal kecil. Kamar mandinya cocok, sarapannya enak meskipun kurang banyak menunya kolam renangnya bersih, suasananya asik banget bikin betah tidak mau pulang. Lokasinya cukup baik dekat ke kafe-kafe, pantai kuta, cukup mudah cari makan disekitar villa. Resepsionis dan semua staffnya ramah banget. Di sini juga menyediakan sewa motor/mobil jadi sangat memudahkan tamu supaya tidak repot cari-cari lagi. Thank you so much, Kalau ke Lombok lagi pasti kembali menginap di villa bau nyale😊

During our stay we were greeted nicely and friendly. However the air condition unit in the 2 rooms we rented were so noisy, and the shower in one of the rooms was not working properly. The room was decent but had a strange smell (like wet socks).

Ini ke 4 kalinya saya stay di Vila Baunyale. Lokasi yang strategis, dekat dengan keramaian seperti restaurants dan juga pantai. Akan tetapi jika kita malas bepergian dan hanya ingin santai di vila, mereka menyediakan massage dan juga restaurant dengan ciri khas thai-food. Setiap kamar memiliki teras and outdoor shower.

Konsep penginapan yang bagus tapi sangat disayangkan kebersihannya tidak dijaga, sangat kotor, kamar kotor, restoran kotor, taman dan tanaman berantakan. Penginapan ini memiliki konsep tidak menggunakan air minum botol kemasan seperti biasanya, tapi disediakan air minum dalam botol kaca dan gelas, tapi sayangnya gelas yg disediakan kotor sehingga tidak bisa digunakan. Bahkan kamar untuk 2 orang pun hanya disediakan 1 gelas saja. Yang membuat nyaman di sana yaitu pelayanan sangat baik, makan pagi dengan cara memilih salah satu dari menu rasanya lumayan enak. Saya juga menyoba spa di penginapan ini, sungguh sangat mengecewakan. Dengan harga yg mahal tapi sungguh spa di penginapan ini adalah spa yang paling tidak enak dan tidak saya rekomendasikan untuk dicoba.

It was a pleasant experience staying in Villa Bau Nyale. Located in local neighborhood, away from the busy streets of Kuta, I find it very calming while of course it’s not too far from the main street where you can find many good restaurants, so it’s just perfect for me. The bathroom was the highlight because it was nice that I could take a shower underneath the moonlight and stars. All staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast was wonderful too, they offer around 6 choices of food in which they cooked right after we order. There were many spot to relax in the swimming pool area as well. I also love the fact that they provide water in a glass bottle rather than plastic bottle, since you know it shows they care about the environment. But, the air conditioning in my room did not seem to work well, also the telephone is out of order and it’s just lay there. For a couple of times, I also couldn’t find anyone in the receptionist so I had to wait or even came back later. Overall the good things outnumbered the bad ones though.
