레기안 비치 호텔

일찍 도착했음에도 체크인 시간이 지연되었음. 기다려달라는 말뿐이고 정확한 시간도 알려주지 않았으며 객실에 들어갔을때 테이블은 끈적였고 칫솔 등 어매니티도 제대로 준비되지않았음. 2박에 80만원 가까이 지불했는데 너무 실망스러운 상태. 디럭스 패밀리룸이 해안도로에 인접해서 밤에 바이크 소음으로 숙면을 취할수 없었음 워치는 괜찮지만 건물은 노후되었고 해변 야외테이블에는 작은 벌레들이 엄청많아서 앉아서 식사하기 불편했지만 직원들은 별로 개의치않아 해서 위생에 대한 개념차이가 크다는 걸 느꼈음.

We had a premier pool villa and it was great! It felt like we were all alone in a big resort… breakfast was great with a good variety of different foods… prime position to go out and eat, shop and just wander, beach is across the road… bed good, air con good, no real issues at all

Room could do with a mirror in bedroom as well as bathroom. Very noisey trolleys in mornings cleaning staff.

The hotel was wonderful. The gardens are amazing. We enjoyed our stay at The Legian Beach hotel the room was clean and cold aircon. A big thank you to Boby at the concierge who was a great help, always smiling and made our stay very special.

Great location but so close to busy roads made nightime noisy I think the adult pool would be better for kids as shallow. Pool bar dominated our enjoyment of pool.

Definitely not anything higher than 3 star accommodation, front desk staff poor service and tried to charge 3 x the room rate I paid for a 6 hour late checkout. Location if the property is very noisy with motorbikes and music, property has no beach views and when you walk across to the beach it has lots of rubbish everywhere. The room itself was infested with bugs and possibly a spider as I had a serious bite and infection followed, doctor said it burrowed under skin and laid eggs. The staff are constantly knocking on door requesting to see the bar fridge stock is there or not, just take stuff out of the fridge and stop annoying customers. Rats are present in outside area, very large rats. Mosquitoes are everywhere, no spraying to minimise. Food was very ordinary and very expensive, the 22% surcharge plus gov tax on top of that is disgraceful because the service charge tax goes straight into the owners pocket. The front gate security are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered in Bali, refused food deliveries and refused entry for my female campanion. The breakfast was okay but twice the omelet I ordered was undercooked, baked potatoes had hair in it. Coffee was horrible. So to summarise stay elsewhere this is a waste of money and will ruin your holiday. Also the Expedia voucher is useless because hotel has fine print that reads..”must book one day in advance to use 20% discount voucher at restaurant. I’m sure Expedia don’t know that.

Shower water temperature is cold/warm stayed there for 3 days and didn’t get a hot shower. Also was sick one day and ordered food on Grab and the delivery guy was not allowed to drop the food at the reception. I travel regularly to Bali for work first time a hotel doesn’t allow grab food delivery.

Legian beach hotel Staying in a deluxe Family room 1x queen and 2 singles ,With 2 bathrooms We snapped up a last min bargain As in the past this hotel has been quite expensive Very happy with size of room and the amenities are ok Cleaners are great 9am everyday Food at all bars and restaurants was fantastic and delicious Their 2 for one meal specials every day were well worth it and good servings size Disappointed with room Water runs out of shower all over floor to drain on other side of room!! Slippery floor tiles in the whole room after shower Bath rooms showing their age. Mould in showers ,tiles ,grout Main ensuite shower is too small ,No room to turn around in it !! Mattress old and hard,could certainly do with mattress topper. Construction going on 2 doors down ,sooo much noise most days All staff motorbikes park across from our room , noisy and stink of fumes Service at beach bars was terrible and non existent had to go to bar and ask after 1 hr of waiting and they didn’t come back again after serving first beer .same every day all staff just stand around in bunches talking Day 2 at beach terrace and 1hr later still no service at lounges on ocean view patio. Pool bar full of bogans early 9am drinking and yahoo , next day same ,11.30 am still cannot get to bar as they have taken over for last 2 days Some bogans that were drinking early in morning at beach bar walked past and vomited over the foot path in front of our room Good points Good location on beach

The resort and staff were excellent, and we will definitely be staying again. The all-inclusive package featured a smaller, carefully selected menu for food and beverages.

The hotel was great, very clean, pool area great. Perfect location. staff very helpful. The only complain is the basic rooms are very noisy of a night. Music could be heard from one of the bars. Best to stay in one of the bungalows

Always a great stay in a good location

This is my 5th time at this hotel, it makes the holiday much better staying there.

Great Bungalow rooms with balcony and garden views birds, squirrels really lovely everyday ..grounds are stunning staff are great poolbar fabulous. Amazing venue with food and entertainment really top notch. Would defi ately stay again
