레기안 비치 호텔

일찍 도착했음에도 체크인 시간이 지연되었음. 기다려달라는 말뿐이고 정확한 시간도 알려주지 않았으며 객실에 들어갔을때 테이블은 끈적였고 칫솔 등 어매니티도 제대로 준비되지않았음. 2박에 80만원 가까이 지불했는데 너무 실망스러운 상태. 디럭스 패밀리룸이 해안도로에 인접해서 밤에 바이크 소음으로 숙면을 취할수 없었음 워치는 괜찮지만 건물은 노후되었고 해변 야외테이블에는 작은 벌레들이 엄청많아서 앉아서 식사하기 불편했지만 직원들은 별로 개의치않아 해서 위생에 대한 개념차이가 크다는 걸 느꼈음.

Every aspect of the place was more than expected and exactly as the photos depicted and we were upgraded by surprise but the food cost,taxes and service cost caused us to eat elsewhere. I will definitely rebook

Firstly, we were upgraded which came as a complete shock. We were very grateful. The property is located in a prime position on the beach with easy access to all shopping and ammenities. We love the area and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hôtel vieillissant mais bien placé face à la plage. Chambre tres succinte et très bruyante (hier soir jusqu'à 22 h 30 ns avons eu la musique d'une boite de nuit ou d'un bar situé en dessous de notre chambre). Nous étions au 5eme étage et l'ascenseur s'arrête au 4eme ! Petit dejeuner le matin excellent et personnel adorable.

This was the best accommodation we have stayed at in Bali. The staff were extremely accommodating & friendly. I got sick and there is a doctor onsite who was in my room within 5 minutes of ringing him. The service from all staff was amazing & I could not fault any of them. I’ll definitely be back here

Loved where it is situated, right next to the beach, with fireworks at night. Loved the cafes, restaurants, shops, markets in the area. I have been to the Legian hotel 4 times, the staff are all lovely, pools amazing (both adult and children's pools), good security. Will definitely be back. 😄

Love the location being across from the beach and also convenient to have everything you need right outside the hotel from cloths shopping to entertainment, lots of restaurants and bars and so many spas for that anytime pamper or much needed massage to chose from. Large breakfast selection that cater for any picky eater and lots of healthy choices also. Room was comfortable and clean but the only thing I could fault are the tiniest little bugs possibly ants that we noticed on our second last day on the benches, probably there the whole time but being that tiny were not noticeable then our last morning husband dropped the tv control and after reaching for it under the bed at 2am had these tiny crawlers up his arm so jumped into shower to get them off. We totally forgot to mention this when we checked out

We had an amazing stay at Legian Beach Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali. The location is perfect, right on the beach and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and everything Legian has to offer. The staff were outstanding throughout our stay—always friendly, welcoming and happy to help with anything we needed. Their genuine hospitality made us feel very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well maintained and have a real Balinese feel. We stayed in a private pool villa, which was fantastic. It offered plenty of privacy, was very clean and provided the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of food and everything was fresh and well presented. The pools were excellent, and the beachfront setting made it easy to enjoy Bali's beautiful sunsets. A special thank you to all the staff who helped make our holiday memorable. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Bali. Thank you, Legian Beach Hotel, for a fantastic holiday!

If your plan is to stay at the hotel during the day and venture out at night, then look elsewhere for a hotel. The only pool families have access to is 2.3m making the majority of the pool unusable. Squashed 10 cockroaches in the room on the first night which did not impress the misso. We moved hotels after somehow surviving 3 nights. Having said all that, the breakfast was good except for having to pay for good coffee.

From the moment you arrive, the staff never quits being impressive. The resort is gorgeous. Very tropical with hibiscus and orchids at every turn. Koi is the word as there is an endless number of ponds and water features. The entire place is open air and you always hear the waves coming ashore. The Beach is less than a 4 minute walk. The food at breakfast buffet is bountiful and the service outstanding. The pools are great and there is an adults only pool separate from the larger family pool. The adult pool features a swim up bar and the service at the family pool is quick and efficient. Food service is available at both pools. There are several restaurants on site and numerous more all around and easily accessible walkable. I recommend the seaside restaurant for dinner. You have excellent views of the beach and the dinner shows vary nightly. The room we had was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately we were on the backside of the property and lacked a patio or any view. Some word of note: watch where the tours booked via the resort desk really take you. Ours turned out to be more drive to buy stops than actual places we thought we’d see. Overall we plan to go back even though it was 30 hours from Orlando via Manila. The place is well worth the travel. **Note to the nicotine impaired….this is a no smoking venue for the most part. The designated smoker areas are not near the pools, the restaurant or in the rooms. There are CO and smoke detectors plus surveillance cameras.

Excellent hotel, exquisitely laid out and beautifully adorned with modern feels blended magically witn cultural flair. Wow, exceptionally friendly and spirited staff ensured we never went without. Unfortunately we had a room next to the main road so traffic and revelry at all hours were our only annoyance. Loved the squirrels!

Beware room 551 it is a dungeon on the 5th floor nothing like the pictures on Expedia or the hotel website - no balcony and a padlock on the window which we couldn’t open . Took us 5 hours of non stop talking to the hotel & Expedia and showing them the photos from the website to the photos we took of the room we were placed in before we were moved to a slightly better room with a balcony gave up arguing as just wanted to try and enjoy our holiday - hardly a delux room !

First time in Bali celebrating my 40th birthday with a group of 12. We had booked 3 rooms for myself, my partner, and my 2 adult kids, so it was disappointing that all the rooms were spread across different areas and levels of the resort. Unfortunately, our room was in the worst location — right near the entry gate and directly opposite a bar, so the noise was constant. To make matters worse, room renovations directly below us started from 7am each morning, and housekeeping were knocking on doors before 8am to clean. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable, with not one person in our group of 12 having anything positive to say about them. Overall, it was quite disappointing for our first Bali experience. That said, most of the staff were friendly and the location itself was very good.
