전설적인 쿠타-레기안 해변 중심부에 위치한 아름답고 멋진 곳이며, 친절하고 따뜻한 분들이 운영해 주셨습니다.
주말에 이틀 밤을 묵었는데, 제공되는 모든 것이 거의 다 만족스러웠습니다. 훌륭한 웰컴 드링크, 푸른 정원, 해변으로 바로 연결되는 접근성, 수영장과 해변이 보이는 깨끗하고 멋진 객실, 훌륭한 아침 식사, 주변 지역의 훌륭한 레스토랑, 그리고 매우 친절하고 다정한 직원들까지 모두 만족스러웠습니다.

일찍 도착했음에도 체크인 시간이 지연되었음. 기다려달라는 말뿐이고 정확한 시간도 알려주지 않았으며 객실에 들어갔을때 테이블은 끈적였고 칫솔 등 어매니티도 제대로 준비되지않았음. 2박에 80만원 가까이 지불했는데 너무 실망스러운 상태.
디럭스 패밀리룸이 해안도로에 인접해서 밤에 바이크 소음으로 숙면을 취할수 없었음
워치는 괜찮지만 건물은 노후되었고 해변 야외테이블에는 작은 벌레들이 엄청많아서 앉아서 식사하기 불편했지만 직원들은 별로 개의치않아 해서 위생에 대한 개념차이가 크다는 걸 느꼈음.

화장실에서 나오는 알 수 없는 이상한 하수구냄새가 아직도 잊을 수 없습니다. 주위가 일방통행이고 많이 막히는 지역이라, 그랩이 잘 잡히지 않았습니다.

Amazing food and service. Beautiful property. Rooms very clean. breakfast buffet was the best I have ever experienced. Go all inclusive because you get so much food and drink. Right by the beach but it is quite over run with shack bars. The day trip taxi service provided was amazing! Saw so much of the island in one day.

The property is old but well maintained with all the facilities that any traveller could want. We stayed in a bungalow which was a great choice amongst the tropical gardens. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is great. The resort is within a short walk to terrific restaurants, if you don’t want to eat at the resort. The two pools are excellent and the beach is across the road for those who want that. Overall my wife and I had a fantastic stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Highly recommend staying here! The staff are so kind and willing to help. We got upgraded. The room is clean, you feel safe, buffet breakfast, and room service. Can’t recommend this place enough.

This hotel is excellent in most respects, staff are exceptional, cleanliness is great, a few minor problems. Most food in warming trays is cold, seems hard to get boiling water for tea. Food served poolside is usually cold. My favourite band has been limited to three or four nights.

We got upgraded to a garden villa on arrival which was fantastic especially staying with two teenage children. Having the two bathroom and lots of space was great. Lots of good food options just walking distance and shops. Hotel was clean and good pool for kids. I would stay again.

Spacious rooms.2 rooms for 2 adults and 2x 14yr olds.Requested 2 weeks in advance for rooms together but given room on 1st floor for kids and 4th floor for my friend and I.My room was only one on 4th which was great but the aircon faced window and not our bed so made for a hot sweaty sleep.Breakfast was amazing and pool, bar and restaurant food. 12:00 check out and access to a shower with towels before travel to airport that night. Really enjoyed our stay however kids had a connecting room to a family that was noisy. Would have been better suited to have the room next to them and that was my only disappointment when checking in as I had asked several times about rooms prior to travelling being together.
