Was ridiculously loud had to leave eirly due to heavy bass from clubs speakers next door pumping until 3am in the morning. Unable to sleep in due to no black out curtins

Upon arrival, there were no staff to assist with coming the reception area. It was raining and the ramp was slippery. There should be some form of non-slip on the ramp to minimize the chance for injury. Our room was ready, yet the floor was wet from condensation. There should be something at the bottom edge of the door to minimize airflow into the room from outside. After an evening of rest, we awoke to find tiny ants everywhere. Yes, everywhere, including in the bathroom skirting the tub and on the sink.

Great resort and staff Breakfast was lovely but coffee is extra but good. Close to spas and restaurants. Our king bed was comfortable. Aircon good and wifi. Unfortunately the noise from night clubs was torture. Sometimes until 2 am with loud music pounding into the rooms. Such a shame as the resort is great.

Room was advertised as a beachfront room. It was actually on the 2nd floor, although it was at the front it was overlooking the pool and definitely not beachfront. Still a nice place, fairly basic but had everything we needed, clean and frienfly staff

I think the breakfast was very ordinary . Dry toast on top of dry toast ? The fresh fruit juices was disgusting The menu never changed at all Portion sizes was small for what I paid for and should not have to pay extra for breakfast ,should be included what ever you needed - sausage or extra bacon should not cost extra . The breakfast was not at all good experience
