The room looks exactly like the pictures I admit, its beautifully designed and cozy. But sadly there's too much flaws that I can only give 2 star. First of all the bedroom lock gives me anxiety as there's no double lock. Its only a basic bathroom lock with a push and can be opened with a key from outside, there's not even a sliding lock which you can get for really cheap price. Second, for the three days and two night I stay there, there is no hot water for the second to third day I'm there and the water was freezing. I asked the cleaner on the third day that there's no hot water at around 7-8 am and he said he's gonna check and change the gas, but I waited till 12 pm and there is still no hot water so I got to take a bath with a freezing cold water. Also the first night I noticed the bathroom door smells like puke, maybe they don't clean it properly and it finally gone when I accidentally overflowed the bathtub and it spills in front of the door. There is also no exhaust fan on the bathroom so when your taking a shit the whole room going to smell like it unless you open up the window to let mosquito in. There is only one curtain on the bathroom window so bye bye privacy. Lastly I noticed there's no light bulb on the balcony so I asked the front office about it, they said they are going to tell the engineering department even though its just a light bulb that they can change easily. The only time I saw the reception is both only at night and both times they are all busy playing with their phone, most likely playing mobile legends, its lack of hospitality and they just seems like in a hurry to check us in or to grab us a towel. Hopefully management can oversee it better.
