Maca Villas & Residences Umalas far exceeded our expectations. The location was a great quiet reprive from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. The hospitality and service was absolute perfection, everyone went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The sister Maca resort has a fantastic restaurant Mase and access to the Sonham spa facilities. The front desk can arrange a free roundtrip shuttle to the spa and sister property restaurant. Highly recommend a day at the spa which comes complete with gym, exercise classes, hot tubs, sauna, stream room, cafe, and some of the best massages I've ever had. Our villa was always cleaned and serviced quickly. The enclosed glass doors were crucial for us to avoid bugs and creatures, you can also fully open the glass doors if you prefer the ourdoor feel. We visited in the height of rainy season and were grateful for a fully enclosed villa. Daily breakfast was always fast and fresh, the restaurant staff really went above and beyond to provide exceptional and friendly service.The resort provide a daily 1-way shuttle service to the surrounding areas. The shuttles are very comfortable SUV's. There are plenty of taxis available on ride sharing apps as well. Major thanks to Yoga and the team for making our stay exceptional. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back.

우리는 이 빌라를 좋아해요. 정말 사적이고 평화로워요. 보안, 프런트 오피스, 고객 서비스까지 훌륭했어요. 아침 식사도 정말 맛있었어요. 우리는 행복하고, 불평할 게 전혀 없어요. 다시 올 거예요. 계속 좋은 일 하세요 👍 안녕하세요, 저는 작은 양동이 꽃을 좋아해요 🌺.

매우 깨끗하고 매우 편안합니다. 넓은. 아침 식사도 다양합니다. 내년에도 우말라스에 다시 갈 수 있기를 바라요😍. 가장 중요한 것은 아기를 "안전하게" 데려오는 것입니다. 이전 빌라에서는 아이가 밤새도록 소리를 지르고 있었기 때문입니다.

Very different service and hospitality dengan yang di seminyak, nice ambience l, clean but customer service is very bad, padahal saya pelanggan sejak lama dan tiap ke bali sebisa mungkin menyempatkan stay di Maca, kami membayar dan juga mungkin karena kami local tourist diperlakukan berbeda. For who served while check in-check out better training lebih manner dan sopan for local tourist. Sangat annoying & tidak sabar. And menu variation for breakfast sangat sedikit terbatas dan under expectation.

Luar biasa saya dan suami kasih nilai 10/10. Makanan di resto komplit, porsi besar, rasa enak. Villa nyaman dan luas. Pelayanan semua sangat ramah dan sopan. Thanks Maca Villas sukses selalu.

Saat boking pesan yg one bed room itu sekitar 1 bulan yg lalu dr aplikasi online dan pas cek in ternyata yg 1 bed roomnya full (pdhlkan sy udh boking dr 1 1/2 bulan yg lalu)dan di upgrade yg 3 bed room cm yg di open hanya 1 kamar dan 2 kamarnya di kunci. Lalu saya minta 1 kamar lg utk di buka (jd total 2 kamar) dan tdk ada mention akan di kenakan charge extra person.. Sy cm bertanya dan minta ini free dan salah satu modnya menjanjikan sy free utk open 1 kamar lg.. Tp pas esok pagi setelah breakfast ternyata salah satu mod yg lain datang ke saya dan menginfokan bahwa saya akan di kenakan charge extra person seharga 650rb permalam (sy menginap 3 malam di vila ini). Dia beralasan bhw hal ini di ketahui management dan dia mengatakan bhw mod yg pertama x terima saya dan memberikan sy free itu gak mengerti dan gak paham.. Loh koq gak mengerti dan gak paham bs di jadikan mod alias manager of duty.. Jabatan itu gak main2 loh utk usaha di bidang vila dan hotel (pariwisata). Dan kl boleh jujur room maca vila mnrt saya lbh nyaman yg one bed room dr pd yg 3 bed room krn terlalu besar dan terkesan horor kl malam.. Apa lg di 3 bed room kran air dan shower sempat mati semua.. Utk breakfast sangat sangat tdk enak.. Jujur saya sangat kecewa sekali dgn maca vila umalas dan menyesal sekali telah memilih maca vila umalas sbg tmpt menginap utk liburan keluarga kecil saya 🙏
