I arrived late in the night for the check in and staffs greeted with smile and they were very helpful and kind. I wasn’t expecting anything beyond the standard but frankly speaking I was very disappointed with the room Mercure provided me. 1. As soon as I entered the room, I could feel this wet air surrounding the room. The humidity was so heavy I almost thought I was in a rainforest. It was heavy enough to wet the floor. FYI it wasn’t due to raining. 2. Of course, I did turn on the A/C but it didn’t get better. Due to humidity, pillows and linens started to smell like a rotten feet. I am already back home but I still cannot get rid of that disgusting smell from my nose. 3. Washatand was already clogged from the first day of my check-in. And the smell from sewer started to reflux. 4. There was some kind of gatherings of motorcycle community which I could bear because the public karaoke ended around 10pm. But the problem was with the hookers they brought with them. They were keep going back and forth down the hall until 3 -4 am. And this guy’s partner who was staying beside my room was making gigantic moan until the morning. I won’t say stay away from this hotel because all of above can be fixed. I just didn’t feel comfortable moving around switching my room due to possibility of Covid exposure. So if you are expecting somewhat decent I recommend you to check your room before you enter.

호텔소개 사진에 메인처럼 보이는 길고 네모난 수영장은 사진을 위한 시설이었던 것 같습니다. 생각보다 좁고 짧은 수영장은 다소 실망이었습니다. 하지만, 1층 식당과 연결된 수영장은 주변의 조경과 매우 잘 어울어져, 다소 좁지만, 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 처음 들어갔을 때, 화장실에서 비린내가 났지만, 리셉션에 이야기 하니 새로 청소를 해주었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 객실이었습니다. 다만, 화장실의 유리창이 침실에서 보이게 설계되어 다소 불편했습니다. 조식은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 개인적으로, 베이컨과 나시고렝 혹은 흰쌀밥이 아주 적절한 조합이었습니다. 저는 인도네시아에 살고있어서 그런지 한국식 식사가 더 맛있게 느껴지더라구요. 전반적으로 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

몇 키로 안떨어 졌는데 이게 생각보다 귀찮았네요. 모든 꾸따 시설들이며 식당들이 남쪽에 위치해있어 매번 이동해야 했고 해변에 서핑하러 왔는데 끝나고 돌아오는길이 많이 막혀서 걷기도, 택시타기도 힘든 상황이었어요. 숙소는 엘리베이터 바로 앞을 받아서 은근히 소음이 좀 있었고 방문을 통해서도 복도 소리가 들리며 옆방하고의 문 사이에서도 소음이 좀 있습니다. 가격이 동네에서 싼 편이 아니었음에도 이렇네요. 쾌적성이나 직원의 친절도, 보안 상태는 만족스럽습니다

Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to Kuta and Semiyak. Hotel very comfortable and clean. Staff look after each guest.

Staff is good and friendly..location is nice close to beach.Breakfast buffet is great value for the money and lot of options.My only issue would be room assigned was too difficult to reach without lift and walking around

I stayed here several years ago and decided to book again as the price and location appealled to me. Breakfast is no longer included ,I purchased this and regretted from day 1 you can get better down the road. The place is looking very tired and needs a refresh.

Room was very spacious, balcony very clean and tidy, pool fantastic even in the rain, breakfast had a grea range, pool bar food excellent

First 2 nights were a little noisy as we were facing the street. We then moved for around $90 for the last 5 nights with a pool view and a lot quieter. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Would stay there again.

Staff were lovely, pools were great, room was beautiful and overall a great stay

Great facilities and great location Rooms all had strange smell tho Staff are friendly, don’t get braids done here tho both my daughters had theirs fall out within 2 hours

This was the second time we've stayed here, and we love it. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the restaurant is impeccable and the staff are courteous and kind.
