I arrived late in the night for the check in and staffs greeted with smile and they were very helpful and kind. I wasn’t expecting anything beyond the standard but frankly speaking I was very disappointed with the room Mercure provided me. 1. As soon as I entered the room, I could feel this wet air surrounding the room. The humidity was so heavy I almost thought I was in a rainforest. It was heavy enough to wet the floor. FYI it wasn’t due to raining. 2. Of course, I did turn on the A/C but it didn’t get better. Due to humidity, pillows and linens started to smell like a rotten feet. I am already back home but I still cannot get rid of that disgusting smell from my nose. 3. Washatand was already clogged from the first day of my check-in. And the smell from sewer started to reflux. 4. There was some kind of gatherings of motorcycle community which I could bear because the public karaoke ended around 10pm. But the problem was with the hookers they brought with them. They were keep going back and forth down the hall until 3 -4 am. And this guy’s partner who was staying beside my room was making gigantic moan until the morning. I won’t say stay away from this hotel because all of above can be fixed. I just didn’t feel comfortable moving around switching my room due to possibility of Covid exposure. So if you are expecting somewhat decent I recommend you to check your room before you enter.

호텔소개 사진에 메인처럼 보이는 길고 네모난 수영장은 사진을 위한 시설이었던 것 같습니다. 생각보다 좁고 짧은 수영장은 다소 실망이었습니다. 하지만, 1층 식당과 연결된 수영장은 주변의 조경과 매우 잘 어울어져, 다소 좁지만, 만족스러웠습니다. 객실은 처음 들어갔을 때, 화장실에서 비린내가 났지만, 리셉션에 이야기 하니 새로 청소를 해주었습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 객실이었습니다. 다만, 화장실의 유리창이 침실에서 보이게 설계되어 다소 불편했습니다. 조식은 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 개인적으로, 베이컨과 나시고렝 혹은 흰쌀밥이 아주 적절한 조합이었습니다. 저는 인도네시아에 살고있어서 그런지 한국식 식사가 더 맛있게 느껴지더라구요. 전반적으로 매우 훌륭한 호텔입니다.

몇 키로 안떨어 졌는데 이게 생각보다 귀찮았네요. 모든 꾸따 시설들이며 식당들이 남쪽에 위치해있어 매번 이동해야 했고 해변에 서핑하러 왔는데 끝나고 돌아오는길이 많이 막혀서 걷기도, 택시타기도 힘든 상황이었어요. 숙소는 엘리베이터 바로 앞을 받아서 은근히 소음이 좀 있었고 방문을 통해서도 복도 소리가 들리며 옆방하고의 문 사이에서도 소음이 좀 있습니다. 가격이 동네에서 싼 편이 아니었음에도 이렇네요. 쾌적성이나 직원의 친절도, 보안 상태는 만족스럽습니다

Nice hotel. Good facilities, good staff. Breakfast was standard. Excellent location for restaurants and shopping, short walk to beach. Good wifi, hot water and comfortable beds. Couldn’t really fault it. 5 stories with quick elevators.

Basic hotel amenities like shower cap, body wash and shampoo not replenished. Had to ask repeatedly. No popular western teabags available, only Jasmine and black tea (unpleasant flavour) asked for a chamomile teabags and was told it would cost me $5 Australian dollars that shocked me. There are no trimmings at this hotel. But the staff are lovely and the position is nice and close to popular sites.

cant beat this place for the location. Hotel was perfect, we didnt have a problem. Awesome pools for swimming and the rooms were great with comfy beds. buffet breaky was awesome and a great way to start the day and of course all the staff were super friendly and accommodating

Always my favourite place to stay when wanting to be close to everything- food, shopping and entertainment. Room is clean and bed is super comfortable. AC is cold!! Staff are extremely friendly and helpful- definitely recommend to stay

Quite a noisy place. No real barriers to stop the outside noise coming into the rooms. No swim up bar. Breakfast was a 2 out of 5. Personally I feel it was over priced for Bali and what they give. I won’t stay there again.

The property was fine, the only issue we had was that it was very busy, but thats not the hotels fault, breakfast gets busy after 8-8.30, and the area its location is busy, but having said that the staff worked very hard and were very pleasant in particular the breakfast team whi always seem to work very hard, thank you all

Unfortunately both pools were cold and shame no pool bar but apart from that a great place and location

Love the location have stayed here a few times . Only complaint is when u book a room with a balcony u either get a get view of the pool area which is great or u are overlooking locals backyards and rubbish areas not great. This is a great hotel staff is amazing . Felt really safe .

3 Tage Aufenthalt im lebhaften Legian. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück - grosse Auswahl und lecker . Familienzimmer - etwas hellhörig, va in Richtung Straße, sauber und Einrichtung schön. Lage - kurzer Fußweg (10min) zum Strand - schöner Sonnenuntergang

Have stayed here a few times. Always amazing and will happily come back
