Nata Ubud

Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und nett. Aufgrund des Verkehrs auf der Straße direkt vor der Unterkunft war es ziemlich laut.

Trevligt litet hotell med bara ett fåtal rum. Vi bodde i rum 02 som var rymligt med en stor balkong med utsikt över risfälten. Stort badrum. Då hotellet inte har egen restaurang behövde man förbeställa frukosten dagen innan. Liren men ok pool. Bra m restauranger runt hörnet. Enda negativa var de gamla och illaluktande huvudkuddarna som behöver en ordentlig tvätt. Vi lindade handdukar runt dem för kunns sova utan äckliga lukter.

Fint hotel i dejlige omgivelser. Flot udendørs areal, og fine rene værelser. Sødt personale og udemærket morgenmad. Hotellet lå en smule ude for centrum, men med spisesteder indenfor gåafstand. Centrum er en lille scooter-tur væk. Dejlig rolig gade som hotellet er beliggende på (især om aftenen).

It's nice and small. The staff are very nice, know you by name and are very helpful. And if they didn't see you at breakfast because you have an early tour they leave you some fruit in the fridge, just a little something and I didnt expect that. I recommend staying here.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit ausgesprochen freundlichen Mitarbeitern! Um in das wesentlich belebtere Zentrum von Ubud zu gelangen, benötigt man zu Fuß etwa 40 min. Das Hotel verfügt neben einem Frühstücksrestaurant auch über einen sehr schönen Pool.

Tapa Nata is a lovely property away from the bustle of Ubud centre. It's location overlooking a verdant valley allows you to explore local village life. The pool which overlooks the valley is gorgeous. The rooms vary, so you need to ask specific questions before booking. We were not pleased with the first room we were given as it was noisy being situated on the main level behind the reception which is open to the road. However, the staff was extremely accommodating and eager to please, so we were assigned the family room on the top level. The rooms are all tastefully decorated and extremely clean with great amenities. The breakfasts are well prepared and tasty with a very good selection. We cannot say enough about the wonderful personnel who are charming, friendly and genuinely interested in your well being. We definitely recommend Tapa Nata!

The staff were so helpful and friendly. The resort is beautiful and quiet and was a joy to stay here for three nights. The service, food and everything was perfect. One of my favourite places that I have stayed. My only suggestion, is that they get a golf cart to ferry visitors to the main street as it is a fir walk especially when hot. Easier to get a taxi back but not from hotel. Definitely stay here again if I travel back to Ubud.

Excelent staff and awesome service. Tasty food and beverage

After flying in from Phuket and a long drive to Ubud, when we arrived at Tapa Nata they did not have a room for us even though we made reservations. They drove us to their sister hotel which did not meet our standard. It was more like a room in someone’s backyard. We demanded that refunded us our money. They said they would but never did. They took our money. We tried to have Hotels.com fight it for us, but said due to their cancellation policy, they could refund us the money. We did not cancel, they didn’t have any accomodations for us.

Great staff, nice view, big room and the location not far from Ubud center. :))

Es gab nichts auszusetzen. Das Personal erfüllt einem jeden Wunsch und sind so zuvorkommend. Es ist wirklich wie im Paradies

L’établissement est magnifique, le personnel super, très bonne localisation. Cependant si comme moi vous n’aimez pas trop les gecko, ils peuvent entrer dans la chambre comme ils veulent. J’en ai retrouvée plusieurs dans notre chambre ...

I must say that the Customer Service we received from the staff was excellent. They were very pleasing and helpful. The first day we arrived we had an issue with the toilet being blocked, it was quickly ratified by the staff. The room lack power outlets for computers etc. This needs to be addressed by management perhaps provide a power board. The taxi from hotel to the centre of Ubud was very expensive for 2.6km - $16.50 (AUD) however the return was $11.00. The hotel should provide shuttle service for their guest due to its location.

Tapa Nata in Ubud is the most beautiful place to stay. The staff are so amazing here! Indra at the front desk was so helpful and kind! Indra always made sure we had what we needed. She is so lovely! Our waitress, Puspita was so polite, sweet, and generous offering us our delicious breakfast each morning! The staff all made us feel so welcome and we are so grateful to them. Tapa Nata has beautiful rooms and views. The pool is gorgeous and the scenery is so serene. It is so green and tropical and we so enjoyed ourselves and love Ubud! We so hope to come again. We highly recommend Tapa Nata and the staff to anyone wanting to visit and stay in Ubud. The drivers were fantastic. They drove safely and were always happy and smiling. Also a heartfelt thank you to the very talented lady in the warung next door who made me the most delicious vegan yellow curry with tofu and green beans and my daughter peanut - Satay. Hope your Galungan festivities are going well too! We were so honoured to witness some of the preparations and see the local temple too.
