Sprei kotor saya minta ganti, sama saja diganti sprei kotor juga, haduk kotor vdan bau apek, selimut gak dikasih 3x minta dikasih malam selimutnya jamuran, lantai sangat kotor gak pernah dipel apa lagi kamar mandi banyak bungkus rokok dan ada cacing gede 3x keluar saya siram air panas pokoknya parah, baru ketemu sekali ini hotel mitra agen online sangat-sangat buruk pelayanannya.

1. tidak ada satupun pegawai ketika saya mau melakukan check-in. Saya harus menunggu sekitar 45 menit sampai akhirnya dilayani padahal kondisinya sudah lelah dan ingin segera beristirahat. 2. karyawan sepertinya tidak terlalu mengerti tentang penggunaan system booking melalui app, sehingga saya harus menjelaskan panjang lebar dulu. Dari sini terlihat bahwa karyawan tidak profesional dan kurang mengerti dengan sy stem. 3. pintu kamar mandi transparan jadi untuk yang stay dengan teman lebih baik dipertimbangkan terlebih dahulu.
