직원은 친절하지 않고 매우 거만하며 욕실에는 바퀴벌레와 냄새가 있으며 매트리스는 교체되지 않았으며 방에서는 곰팡이 냄새가 나고 전혀 권장하지 않습니다. 호텔을 선택하지 마십시오. 내 조언입니다. 바닥도 엄청 더럽고 로비에 J&T도 있는데 정말 더러워요. 다들 신발자국도 안 닦을 때까지 장교들의 신발을 신거든요.

호텔에 실망했고, 서비스가 친절하지 않았고, 방이 더럽고, 더러웠고, 관용이 없었고, 시트도 갈아주지 않았고, 욕실도 더럽고, 살기에 적합하지 않았습니다. 그러다가 체크아웃했을 때 그는 Co가 15분 늦었기 때문에 보증금을 다시 삭감하고, 물품이 있음에도 불구하고 저희가 낮췄습니다. 우리가 잠시 나갈 것이기 때문에 이미 비용이 더 추가되었습니다. 처음엔 괜찮았으니 이해는 되지만, 담당자가 친절하지 않아서 호혜도 없었으니 아쉽다.

It's worth with the price. cheap price but the accommodation are good. the bedroom and bathroom are clean, AC work properly, WIFi access, and the reception are polite. located in the centre of the city. I can reach other destination such us "merdeka walk" easily and also nearby 2 shopping mall. if we tired to walk, we can use a "becak" as a transportation alternative.

Penginapannya masih bangunan baru jadi suasana kamarnya enak tapi kekurangannya ngga ada plang nama tempatnya yang kelihatan langsung dari jalan raya, jadi kalau pertama kali kesini mesti pelan pelan pas dijalan raya buat cari penginapannya.

Hotel ini masih sangat baru, baru beroperasi sejak Desember lalu. Walaupun kecil, bangunan dan kamarnya bagus, nyaman dan bersih. Resepsionis juga kooperatif. Hanya saja karena masih baru, alamatnya masih belum terlacak di Google Maps, sehingga agak sulit ditemukan. Belum lagi di jalan Sutomo terdapat hotel OYO yang lebih besar dan lebih dulu beroperasi, sehingga ketika memesan transportasi online misalnya, sering nyasar kemari. Semoga tag alamat ini akan diperbaharui ke depan.
