직원들은 전부 아주 친절합니다. 다만 전체적으로 시설이 좀 노후화 되었습니다.

Would highly recommend The Respati, spotlessly clean, perfect location amongst plenty of restaurants, also great food onsite. 1 minute walk from Icon. Staff were very helpful, respectful and friendly. Amazing gardens and all this beachfront with your own sun lounges. Bed and pillows are fairly comfortable for Bali. Would 100% stay here again.

The hotel is right by the beach and next to a mall. The location is perfect and the beach is clean. The property is well maintained but the hotel is very old. In my bedroom, the ac is dripping, the shower is still using shower curtain, the soap pump doesn’t work well, the sink in my bedroom is cracked and there is no full size mirror. Next to the bed there is no place to charge your cellphone unless you reach behind the night stand and ask the receptionist for converter charger. I consider staying there again despite of the outdated hotel. I also like the old solid wood crafts throughout the hotel.

We are repeat customers at Resparti and have always liked how clean and comfortable it is. The staff are always friendly and helpful. A very convenient location and value for money. Breakfast is generally very good. We would stay again if we return to Sanur.

Great place to stay right on the beach second time here and really enjoyed the experience clean and well kept with beautiful gardens would definitely recommend.

お風呂の排水溝が流れず　不快でした！

Stayed 4 nights in upper floor room. Bathroom in need of good clean. Stains on walls shower and toilet. Window between bedroom and bathroom has no blind so view is person on toilet so no privacy. Bathroom door and that window kept popping open. Pool is tiny and not so clean. Breakfast was ok and grounds good. Towels not white need replacing.Would not stay again

Beach front

This is an older property, I love the position of the property, perfectly positioned on the beach, next to all the shops. Breakfast is basic, staff are friendly, rooms are older but clean with comfy beds. Great for solo travel.

Location was sensational, staff were lovely, and room was all you could need (we stayed in deluxe bungalow). Great stay.

De bungalow die we hadden gereserveerd was oud. Mogelijk staat de renovatie op de planning want er werd al gerenoveerd. Andere kamers zijn nog nieuw. Prima personeel en zeer goed ontbijt.
