Saren Indah Hotel

전반적으로 매우 만족했습니다. 친절한 직원, 깨끗하고 조용한 환경, 맛있는 아침식사, 즐거운 수영장 이용, 시내 셔틀버스 등 모든 시설이 좋았습니다. 마지막으로 숙박 당일에 와이프 생일이었는데, 깜짝 케익 선물까지 정말 감동이었습니다.

I had a great stay. Value for the money. Staff is very friendly. Calm area with no traffic since the street is a dead end.

The location is terrific, especially if you want to be close to good restaurants and spas while leaving the hectic atmosphere of Ubud behind. When you want to go to Ubud, you can just walk through the Monkey Forest, which is its own adventure, or you can take a quick Gojek for a few dollars. The staff was very kind, the breakfasts were delicious, and the pool was clean and cool. The room was fine - not luxurious - but comfortable and the wifi was good. The place seems to be under development. There's some construction, which did not negatively affect our stay (quiet at night), but it seems like they have a lot of potential for cultural activities that isn't being fully realized quite yet. Hopefully in the future. I would still recommend this place as a good option.

Superhyggelig personale som hjelper deg med hva som helst! De kan booke forskjellige turer for deg og andre morsomme aktiviteter til bra og rimelige priser. Bassenget var kjempefint å være ved på dagtid og hotellet er i en kjemperolig og koselig gate rett ved siden av Monkey Forest, så du får sett de søte apene uten å betale en krone😁 gå i 5 min så er du også ved mange gode restauranter, eller ta en grab/taxi i 10 min til sentrum i Ubud. Hotellrommet var koselig og stort med vellfungerende AC og kjøleskap, og ble vasket og ryddet daglig av hyggelig personale. . Ønsker du fest og moro er dette kanskje litt rolig for deg, men jeg ville definitivt anbefalt å bo her om du reiser alene eller med familie😁 (jeg reiste alene og følte meg supertrygg under hele oppholdet)

Beautiful property in the prefect location to visit Ubud. 10mins walk through the forest walking track meant we stayed in a lovely quiet area yet could visit Ubud centre very easily. Staff were incredible. Shout out to our breakfast team.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Saren Indah Hotel was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere while still being conveniently located near Ubud’s attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with stunning views of nature. The staff were exceptionally warm, friendly, and always willing to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made us feel welcome. The pool area was beautiful and perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Bali. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the tranquil setting away from the busy crowds. If you’re looking for a quiet, authentic Balinese experience with excellent service and great value, I highly recommend Saren Indah Hotel. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to Bali.

So amazing loved the atvs

It is a peaceful place that will make your stay clam and relaxing. Staff are all nice and accommodating. Food at breakfast all fresh and organic. Thank you for the warmest welcome Saren Indah you made our stay memorable.

A lovely quiet hotel with beautiful garden and surrounded by rice paddies on two sides. Convenient to walk to the main tourist street of Ubud around the monkey forest (but be aware that motorcycles also use the walking route). The staff are super nice!

Atendimento muito bom, todo o staff muito simpático. O local e lindo e as acomodações são grandes, limpas e a cama é ótima. Com certeza ficaria nesse hotel novamente e indico.

The hotel equipment is not new and air conditioning not really working well, but the atmosphere in the hotel area is very nice. Breakfast simple but nice, hotel crew very polite and helpfull. Hotel is 10 minute walking distance from Monkey Forrest, but located at a quite calm street (still lot of offerings around like restaurants, massage saloons, shops). I loved the simple but calm atmosphere at the hotel yard with rice fields, palm trees, nice and clean swimming pool. The hotel is small, hence not loud, like other accomodations in the JI Monkey Forest.

Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Ils sont à l’écoute et vous aide pour l’organisation d’activités. Les chambres supérieurs sont confortables. Toutefois, certains améliorations locatives pourraient être apportés aux chambres. Somme toute, un bon rapport qualité/prix.

Sengene er OK. Madrasser ved poolen er beskidte. Massage rum udenfor er beskidt. Poolen er god. Morgenmaden er på ingen måde i orden. Kedelig og uinspirerende. Stikkontakt ude af væggen, lampeskærme er sat sammen med tape, lyset og fjernsyn ikke funktionelt på alle værelser. Generelt manglende vedligeholdelse på bygningerne, når man bader ryger der vand over det hele og man kan se der er vandskader på den ydre væg udenfor. Rækværket røg helt af da vi lændte os og brugte gelænderet, der var omkring 2-3 meter ned uden rækværk.

Cet hébergement est extraordinaire! Super bien situé, tranquille quoi que à quelques minutes de marche du centre de Ubud. Personnel fantastique, accueillant, souriant. Un endroit de rêve. Les installations sont un peu défraîchies mais de quoi attirer le regard sur la gentillesse des hôtes. Aucun regret.

The best hot stone massage I’ve had in a while! The staff were super helpful too— I had to check out by 7am and the restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30, staff actually asked if I would like some breakfast for the road! I loved how quiet my balcony was, the road outside the hotel could be quite busy at times but I never heard any traffic noise. It was blissful to come back to a quiet retreat after the loud crowds of Ubud. Oh! One more thing… those banana pancakes are to die for!

2泊しました。 中心街から離れているのが少し心配だったのですが、ここで正解でした。 中心街は渋滞がひどく、空気も悪い気がしました。 ここらへんは静かでホテル敷地内には緑も多く、落ち着いたとても雰囲気のよいところでした。 夕暮れ時には部屋の前のテラスで過ごすのが気持ちよかったです。 同じ通りにはコーヒーの美味しいカフェやレストラン、洗濯屋さんもあってのんびりする分には困りません。 空港まで迎えをお願いしたのですが、ドライバーさんは1時間程の道中、色々説明してくれて親切でした。 午前10時頃ホテルに着くと、「部屋はまだ用意できてないけど、よかったら朝食をどうぞ」と朝ご飯を頂くことができました。 フレッシュジュースとパイナップルパンケーキがとても美味しかったです。 部屋には大体のアメニティが揃ってますが、リンスやコンディショナーはないです。 多少虫はいますが、蚊取りベープもありました。 2泊したあとはブラタン湖に向かう車をまたお願いしたのですが、着いたらバリ植物園に行くという話をしたら寄ってくれるということでありがたくお願いしました。 また途中、「有名なお寺だよ」と世界遺産のタマンアユン寺院にも寄ってくれました。 ということで、スタッフもとても親切ないいホテルでした。 いい思い出ができました。 またウブドに行くときはここに泊まりたいです。

Friendly courteous staff and good communication skills

The staff were very very nice. The rooms are dated but comfortable. U have everything you need. Nice pool area.
