Our stay was quite amazing, although we couldn't enjoy the serenity the, facility offered due to extensive outdoor activities, however, we, wish to return to enjoy the calmness in the wilderness in the near future. We shall strongly recommend for quiet lovers to opt for this resort.

Great property. Staff was so nice and helpful. There was a shuttle service that the property provided, so getting to ubud center was easy. The facility offers laundry service which was convenient since we had an infant. The pools were awesome, so refreshing and clean. The restaurant breakfast was pretty good and nice to have every morning without stressing about someplace to eat. Beware that there are a LOT of bugs/mosquitos that bite and sting, but you're staying in the jungle. Also some large lizards, but nothing that will harm you. Inside of the room was a shower and a tub, bith extrenely nice. The bed was fairly comfortable, and the facility provided a baby cot for our infant. Also, bring adapters to charge appliances if you are coming from the U.S. or somewhere that diesn't use two-pronged things. Overall, beautiful property and wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again!

La ubicación del establecimiento era impresionante, pues estava en medio de un bosque tropical. Además tenía una piscina muy bonita delante del bosque. Lo que no nos gustó tanto es que la habitación tenía una gran ventana a la zona pública del hotel, quitando privacidad si no cerrabas la cortina totalmente, cosa que dejaba la habitación muy oscura y sin vistas. La habitación estava un poco vieja, se podría cuidar un poco más. La otra cosa que no nos gustó fueron los precios de excursiones del hotel, que vimos que costaban el doble que compradas en Ubud (p.ej. una excursión en taxi todo el día costaba 900K rupias y en Ubud 500K). El desayuno era bueno, pero muy repetitivo. Finalmente, el hotel estaba limpio considerando los estándares de la zona, pero podría estarlo un poco más.

Beautiful grounds, lovely & clean villa - out from the hustle & bustle of central ubud. Truly relaxing :)

Je suis restée 11 jours dans cet établissement. Endroit calme et apaisant, chambre et SDB très spacieuse (douche+baignoire). Les lits sont confortables, clime opérationnelle, ménage chaque matin. Il y a 2 types de petit dej, : continentales ou américains, très bons et servis sur terrasses ou en chambres. Navette a disposition, conseils et organisations des visites par le staff. Le personnel est charmant, a l'écoute et disponible. Je recommande vivement.

Beware, this is not a four star property! There is no lobby and no restaurant on site. The water in the pools was not clear and dirty, the luxury villa is not 2100 square feet it is less than 1000 square feet, the air conditioning is a small unit on the ceiling that is totally inadequate for a 200 square foot ceiling, the entry to the property is a small carport with a 1m path over 100 m long down a couple dozen steps and back up a dozen more, free parking is somewhere on the narrow street. This place is a total scam and we doubt we will use orbitz again based on the total lies told on their site.

We booked 4 nights here but only stayed 3. The grounds are beautiful and pool amazing. We stayed in the bottom room by the pool. Our first impressions were good but as we checked out our room this soon changed. The lighting was terrible. We had no privacy due to the window blinds. When i pulled back the top cover on the bed i noticed blood on the sheet and holes in the sheets. The towels were old, the toilet door jammed which was dangerous as you would walk into it. The staff didn't speak good english and although very friendly the wore jeans t-shirts which seened unprofessional. The meal we ordered from the restaurant the hotel used was cold and my wife was sick for 2 days

Großes Zimmer und Bad im Superior Zimmer. Servicekräfte stets bemüht und sehr nett. Die Lage war etwas entfernt von Ubud. Jedoch bietet das Hotel kostenfreien Shuttlesevice an.

Ottimo hotel per chi vuole stare a contatto con la natura è in relax, 15 minuti dal centro di ubud però con servizio navetta gratuito!! Personale cordiale

Super expérience . La chambre était confortable et propre , Cyr sur la piscine et le jardin . Très calme et personnel serviable . Gros point fort la navette gratuite de l'hôtel.

I stayed 2 days but wish it was a week! GIANT rooms with fantastic views, lovely staff, and free pickup / dropoff service anytime you want in and out of bustling Ubud (about 10 min away). I personally LOVED the location - it was so nice to escape the city and be in the tranquil forest / jungle right outside. OUTSTANDING!!!

We're in love... and we weren't even honeymooners, though this place would make for an awesome honeymoon spot! My two friends and I stayed here during the first part of our Bali trip. We were there during Bali's only "low season" aka late January, so we ended up being the only folks at the villa for the first few days. We loved this place so much we're considering coming back again next January and making it a birthday tradition. The place is amazing. Gorgeous villas with comfortable beds, large showers and tub, and your own private pool and yard. The staff is also incredible. The level of service makes us Americans feel uncomfortable, because it's so ridiculously much! Like six ppl would come and serve you breakfast. The place has a shuttle to go into town (since it is about 15-min drive from downtown Ubud) but it was always ready when we wanted it. And the staff picked us up from a nearby town when we ventured off a bit too far without realizing that town didn't have taxis..... 0_0 Gorgeous secluded villa, great staff and service, and awesome location!

Wir hatten wohl leider in unserem Zimmer Bettwanzen gehabt. Wir haben beide Ausschläge und einen Juckreiz bekommen. Daher leider keine Empfehlung.

I was extremely happy with my choice of hotel; the room was massive with lots of room, cleaned every day. The pool was lovely and the staff was very helpful; as the hotel is 20mns from Ubud, staff provides a driver and is very flexible with pick up times providing great options to visit lots of places. We were provided with a whole itinerary practically for our entire week which was fantastic. The staff also brings you breakfast whenever you're ready which is great.

We had the villa with private pool and were very pleased by the view, the pool and the fact that you somehow feel you are in the middle of the jungle. Many animals like Geckos, Frogs, Lizards, butterflies, dragonflies - you name it - live with you at the villa. It is not too close to Ubud centre but you can request a driver from the hotel at any point who takes you "downtown". The staff was very helpful but their English was not very well. Also the service at the hotel might not be what you would expect from a 4 to 5 star Hotel. Unexperienced staff made our stay sometimes uncomfortable. Nothing very crucial, but with an improved staff, this location would really be incredible. There was no real reception, and we couldnt pay with credit card, only cash. Finding our way to the hotel from the street was adventurous at first - you have to follow a path starting from a one-car garage. Also we had to ask for a bit more privacy during our stay, because there were constantly people coming by, either switching on lights when it got dark (I think we could have done that ourselves ;)), or brushing leaves off in front of our door, etc. Since the pool is right beside the door, there were some situations where bathing topless was uncomfortable. Everybodys super friendly though and you will certainly have an exciting time. Breakfast was ok, like in all hotels we experienced in Bali. Nothing very special, but you get fresh fruits, eggs, toast etc.

It was the best place of our stay in Bali! I am glad I found this villa. If given another chance to visit Bali, I will definitely stay there. The room size, style, service and environment are all fantastic. What I found annoying is the rooster nearby. It would be an extraordinary villa if the rooster could wake up later:( Besides, communication with staff can be hard. But they were all very nice.

Our villa was beautiful with private pool. Rain Forrest view. Allow 20 min in peak hour fm town. Shuttle free in and out when yr there though. Food ok

Suara Air was amazing. Sure it's not near nightlife or restaraunts but the staff are amazingly attentive and will drop and pick you up in ubud for no charge. The pool was immaculate, the air con working perfectly and the breakfast perfectly fine for an inclusive deal. The stand out's in Suara are the pool, excellent shower and most lovely staff.

Zeer mooi en rustig gelegen hotel ( 5 bungalows met prive zwembad en 3 kamers die een zwembad van 15 x 5m delen) het hotel ligt in een klein dorp 10 taxi minuten van Ubud ( gratis taxivervoer van en naar vliegveld en dagelijks naar de stad Ubud!). Het hotel heeft een prachtige tuin, en op 1 minuut lopen vanaf de ingang kijk je over de rijstvelden. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Echt een aanrader voor wie van rust houdt!
