객실에 개미와 모기가 있는것을 제외하먼 수영장에서 놀생각으로 간다면 가격대비 쓸만함 와이파이 객실하고 수영장 좋음 안전금고 없으나 도난은 없는듯

The rooms are starting to look their age but apart from that it’s a tremendous place to stay.

It's a nice but typical Bali resort. It's not far from the airport, 30mins. A lot shopping a dining options within walking distance and the beach is just behind the resort, which was great. Liked the landscaping, lush green and well maintained. Breakfast was great and had a lot of options. Lunch and dinner options were there but it was average tasting, nothing stood out. We ate there mainly for of convenience. Overall the resort is aging and needs a bit of renovation, but it's clean and the green gounds compensate for that. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. One incident that left a bad taste was when my son forgot his room key at the restaurant breakfast table in the resort. I returned went to to ask for it at the restaurant and nobody had a clue, they did not have any lost and found protocol. The front desk person was rude and started berating for forgetting it and said they will charge $5 for a replacement key. That's kinda a wierd. But someone form the restaurant staff found the key somewhere and returned it to me. So don't lose stuff there. But overall I would recommend the resort, rooms were adequate and the prices were affordable.

the gardens are beautiful and we loved the location ,its away from the kuta hustle and bustle and we had a great time , room service was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly always

Great pool

The service was absolutely amazing and the staff so friendly. Conveniently located close to shops, dining and more ! Hotel a little older but fairly clean inside, outside immaculate, would stay here again with the location 💗

It's an old hotel, but the grounds are spacious so it was very relaxing. The staff were kind and nice. I wanted a quiet holiday, but there were no quiet restaurants outside the hotel, so it may be good for people who like to party, but it may not be suitable for people who want a quiet holiday.

I last stayed there in 2002. Found it to be wonderfuĺly unchanged 23 years later.

Close to beach live music rooms are good apartments are a bit old an not close to pools breakfast buffet good the gardens are lovely an well maintained staff very nice would stay here again

Love staying here. Close to everything and staff are so helpful. Pool and outside area is fabulous

Location is central gardens are well kept staff are friendly rooms sre clean but in need of some work the bathrooms are very old and in need of urgent renovations bath and sink were stained and rusted tiles and doors were water damaged with timber doors rotting there was a strong musy moldy smell when you walked in rooms when reported to front desk reply was not possible as rooms were in comstant use

Location was fabulous. Breakfast was fantastic. Ordering food was expensive. Cocktails were expensive. Staff were wonderful. Room was very dated, no hot water for the first 3 days. Hot was system was leaking and had a constant drip (located in bathroom in a bordered up area). They kept saying it will be 'ok'. Was told to run bathroom sink on cold then hot to get it to work (this eventually worked on day 3). Smell of mold in the room was terrible, worse in bathroom where they made superficial repairs. Mattress were old (had single beds in room) Gap above balcony door meant mosquitoes came into the room - worse in bathroom. Cleaning daily was not the best, did not wipe benches. Overall the location, pools and staff were amazing.

Compared to my stays there in the 90s and after, the rooms have be let run down and neglected.

We love the service the location and everything about this place, it is always our first stop when going to bali

We had an amazing stay and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. They certainly made my son's 18th rememberable. A perfect location and facilities for all in our group (11 all up and multi generational). This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back.

As a first time trip to Bali The Jayakarta was the perfect place to stay from the boom gates and security at the front and back entrances 3 wonderful pools to swim in across the road from the beach and a few minutes walk to restaurants bars and massages, everything that I wanted The resort has a real Balinese feel to it buffet breakfast in the morning the food was good a couple of restaurants pool bar you don’t have to leave everything is there However the rooms do smell we had 3 rooms in different buildings and they all smelted a dampness kind of smell the beds were comfortable I felt the bathrooms thou they were clean perhaps could do with a good deep clean a disinfectant clean I also thought that there should be sanitizer around the resort at least ad you enter the resort and at the entrance to the restaurants there was none anywhere May I also suggest more umbrellas for shade there was not enough for everyone to enjoy lying around the pool and grounds Overall I did enjoy my stay and I would stay again

Been going here for 30 years and will never return. So many other people were saying the same thing.

Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam Ontbijt kon veel meer variatie bieden . Indien geen ei of oosters eten alleen brood met jam . De kussens op de ligstoelen zijn zeker aan vervanging toe en meer parasols zou veilig zijn tegen de zon. Er zijn mensen die om 7 u handdoek leggen en om 10 u komen …er zou zgz na 1/2 uur de handdoeken weggenomen worden . Ze nemen dan een parasol en komen na uren opdagen .

When we arrived at the Jayakarta they hadnt met the room requirements that we were assured would occur. We did end up in a different room upon 2 requests but the hotel was smelly. The front desk service was pretty poor too.

The resort is in a great area. Accessible to shop's and dining. Also walkable. My biggest complaint is the room is out dated. The restroom looks like a rundown public washroom. It needs immediate renovation.
