위치가 다소 멀긴하지만 조용하고 경관이 아름다우며 무엇보다 조식이 정말 맛있었어요

제가 가봤던 빌라중 최고였어요. 프라이빗한공간에 풀도 다 따로 쓰고 옆 빌라와 완젼 차단되는 느낌이어서 밥먹고 요가하러갈때만 사람들을 만날수있었어요 ㅎㅎ 요가도 너무 좋았고 호텔 레스토랑과 연결되는 비치도 최고였습니다. 다시 꼭 가볼예정이에요^^

바다와 가까우며 풀빌라가 있는 숙소를 찾다가 선택하게 되었습니다. 일단, 리조트 서비스가 너무 좋습니다. 10분 이내에 메일 답장을 주셨으며 모든 직원들이 항상 웃으며 응대 해주시고 불편한 사항이 없도록 최대의 서비스를 제공해주었습니다. 너무 친절하셔서 아직까지 직원분들의 얼굴이 기억 날 정도입니다. 단, 호텔 픽업서비스는 매우 비싼 편입니다... 숙소도 깨끗하고 시설이 좋습니다. 수영장도 매우 넓고 놀기 좋습니다. 다만 화장실의 천장 일부분이 뚫려있어 습하고 비가 온 날에는 화장실 바닥이 지렁이가 가득해 신발을 신고 샤워를 했습니다. 리조트 내 스파 마사지 시설도 좋고 친절했습니다. 조식은 종류도 많고 칵테일도 맛있는 편입니다. 다만, 식사는 개인적으로 입에 맞지 않았습니다. 리조트가 매우 안쪽에 위치해 있고 바로 옆에 사원이 있어 이동이 조금 불편할 수 있습니다. 다른 지역을 관광할 시 에는 꼭 택시투어를 예약하시기 바랍니다. 좋은 시설과 직원들의 서비스는 정말 최고입니다. 다음에도 꼭 방문하고 싶습니다.

약간 외진 곳에 이있어 호텔말고 다른 시설들을 이용할수없어 불편한것이 흠이지만 그점만 빼고 다른 모든 점은 만족입니다. 매우 편안하게 푹 쉴수있었고 다음에도 또 가고싶어요.

Really enjoyed my stay here. Quiet, peaceful environment with really friendly staff. Lovely breakfast; really loved the mie goreng and their selection of juices. Only small drawback was a faint sewerage smell on the first night - an issue that resolved itself by the next morning.

Unmatched hospitality! The Royal Purnama truly was the best place we’ve ever stayed. The location was perfect as a central hub for much of Bali. The staff are exceptional!! The rooms are very clean and the grounds are well-maintained. Highly recommend!! We can’t wait to stay here again

Amazing find, beautiful services and staff it was really a slice of paradise with everything you would need onsite. It is abot far from the centre of town but that is what we were after.

Stayed in the Cempaka unit. It was spacious. Loved the indoor/outdoor bathroom. Breakfast was amazing. The on-site dining options were delicious. Chef’s kiss was being serenaded during dinner. Amazing location, very peaceful and beautiful.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen. Der Ausblick auf das Meer und den schwarzen Sandstrand ist wunderschön. Schwimmen im Meer ist leider an diesem Strand nicht möglich. Die gesamte Anlage hat gut gewartet gewirkt und es war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Das Personal war durchgehend freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wurde auf alle Anliegen und Wünsche eingegangen. Vom Empfang bis zum Ckeck-Out hatten wir durchgehend nur positive Kontakte. Unser Zimmer war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Platz für Gepäck war für uns genügend vorhanden. In unserem Zimmer waren zwei Klimaanlagen installiert, sodass die Temperatur gut reguliert werden konnte. Ein Safe und eine Minibar waren vorhanden. Trinkwasserflaschen wurden täglich 2 Mal neue gebracht. Auch hier hat es und an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool Bereich war für uns fast zu ruhig und der Hotel-Pool liegt direkt beim Restaurant. Aus diesem Grund ist die angegliederte Beachbar sehr zu empfehlen. Der Eintritt ist für Hotelkunden gratis und es stehen Liegen sowie Badetücher zur Verfügung. Es läuft angenehme Musik und es war auch dort sehr ruhig und nicht zu viele Leute anwesend. Das Personal war auch dort durchgehend zuvorkommend. Zusätzliche Anmerkung: Da es mir am Abreisetag nicht gut ging, hat das Hotelpersonal kurzfristig einen Ort im Hotel organisiert, wo wir den Tag vom Check-out in einem klimatisierten Raum verbringen konnten, wofür ich sehr dankbar bin.

Just one Word!!! EXCELLENT

Most luxurious and relaxing place to stay! Used as home base for smaller day trips and to just be on vacation. It’s not centrally located for walking to locations, but they offer shuttles and drivers/tour guides are easily available and affordable. I chose it because it’s adults-only (don’t have to hear kids play Marco Polo All day) and it’s by the ocean/black sand beach. This place in itself is a destination!! Amazing large, comfortable rooms with tubs and hot tubs and open air showers. The pool/ocean/cabana combo is heavenly. Never felt more at peace sitting by the ocean from their cabanas. The ocean here is fierce so no swimming, but you can wade and experience the magical black sand and watch all the kites. It’s quiet , peaceful, full of kind and accommodating staff, has an excellent restaurant with breakfast and tea time included in room price, a spa onsite, dinner entertainment every night (many Balinese performances!), and another pool/restaurant onsite with a chill party vibe. Everything was absolutely beautiful and all I was hoping for. I would definitely recommend it and would go back in a heartbeat.

LOVED the staff and the property was LOVELY. My only complaint is the location. I asked Expedia to show me properties in Seminyak. This location in NOT in Seminyak. It is actually at least an hour drive away from any activities that my friends and I wanted to do. However, the property had easy access to drivers. My group used Ketut and he was AMAZING.

The place is amazing. We were upgraded to a villa and it was fantastic. Very quiet and all the staff are amazing.
