I would book this again. The location is great. We went with an other couple and shared the pool. Not to sure if we were alone I would want to share a pool. Food was great staff friendly. Unfortunately they tried ti charge me when we left for drinks in the mini fridge. We had taken them out. We only consumed drinks we bought which all in glass bottles. They said it was a miss understanding. No charges. Room could use a dresser and a bit brighter lighting. All in all we had an amazing time there. We were happy. Just wanted to let people know what to expect. FYI only 6 units 3 pools. Thanks to Gus Black for everything!

Loved The Sender. Totally recommend. Pool a little difficult to get out of if you’re not fit as it just has a metal ladder but beautiful.

Our stay at the Sender Pool Suite could not have been more disappointing. We had paid extra for a specific room that we required for a campaign that we were shooting. When we arrived, they gave us a different, lesser value room. The layout was different, it was smaller, the bathtub didn't work, issues with hot water, the mirror was covered in a black film, the list goes on. We confirmed the room that we paid for, and they said they were sorry but nothing could be done because they had a long term stay in that room. They went back and fourth with us so many times saying we could switch rooms the next day, then the next, and we kept scrambling packing up to never be moved and to be disappointed over and over. They said they would make it up to us by providing 2 free breakfasts. We only got one. By some miracle on our last day in the afternoon they said the room was now free, strange how all of a sudden it became free when we were told it was a long term stay. We only got the room we paid for for one night, and did not have time to shoot the campaign we were required to shoot. So extremely disappointing. From our 2 weeks in Bali, and over 5 different stays, this was by far the worst. Also, it is sooooo loud at night! Awful, you won't be able to sleep with loud music playing and dogs fighting all night.

Pool layout

Amazing accomodation . Nicely laid out rooms facing swimming pool. Breakfast restaurant is detached to the hotel and vouchers are provided to use the same.

Chambre et literie très confortables et très propre. Manque de lumière et d’éclairage dans la chambre. Belle piscine à partager avec une autre chambre. Très bien situé au coeur de la rue principale, petit déjeuner okay. Pas de parking :( Personnel très sympathique.

Breakfast was delicious and offered options. The room was delightfully Bali, clean and spacious. The private pool overlooked a garden space. The only downside to the experience is that the pool is chlorinated, not salt water. Bisma is close to the hubbub of Ubud with a quiet distance in between. I’d definitely visit again.

We just enjoyed three nights at the sender pool suites. Grounds and villa was good and breakfast was delicious especially mid goreng. Sharing a pool was fine as long as you don’t need privacy. Only downside is our villa (1) was so loud! You can hear cars, reception noise/voices, dogs barking etc. first night was virtually no sleep. Second night we found the ear plugs and had the best sleep. My advice would be to ask not to be in villa one or two! Other than noise we had the best time.

Quaint little establishment with awesome suites. Down some small steps into little terraced rice field With in walking distance of Ubud town centre. Nice restaurant attached. Pool on door step literally. Noisy due to loud music in nearby restaurant till 10pm. But we enjoyed our stay. Hip little place.

There was music from surrounding establishments, which was good to listen to. It didn’t go late, so was a bonus. Staff were so helpful and lovely.

Beautiful decor & ambience. Space around the pool is minute although pretty and pool is big enough but shared with neighbouring room. All very comfortable & spacious although there is hardly anywhere to pack your things away and not enough shelves in the bathroom if you do not travel very light. More shelves/drawers needed. No space on bedside table except down on the floor which is a nuisance. Would not recommend for older people but all in all a stunning Air B & B, the staff were super.

A great property, nothing to much for the staff. 5 stars all the way!

Close to everything staff are amazing they went above and beyond for my birthday really appreciate the service the villa is very aesthetic and I highly recommend

Convenient for most things,staff helpfulness,could do with some more coat hangers,but apart from that, I would go back again, Thank you Sender

The location was perfect in Ubud. The villas are traditional Balinese and GORGEOUS!!! The staff is amazing, kind, and will help in any way. Thank you especially Ita for all the recommendations. The pool outside your door is perfect. I will def come back to Sender Pool anytime im in Ubud. Tons of nice restraints on the street and a Circle K store less than 1 min away. If your looking for a great place to stay or to take amazing photos, this is your spot! 💙

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The location is great in central Ubud able to walk. We loved our stay there. It was everything that we wanted

I can't speak highly enough about this gem of a hotel. Situated off the main road, it is quiet yet convenient. My bungalow had beautiful traditional decor and a private pool shared with just one other bungalow. The mural of giant lilies painted around the bathroom felt like paradise. And the best part was the friendliness of the staff and the help they provided in every aspect of my travel. They showed such warmth and invited me to participate in local celebrations. Don't miss out on the INCREDIBLE Indonesian breakfast!!!!!
