숙박비 금액 정도의 퀄리티인 것 같습니다. 그 이상을 원한다면 다른곳을 가는걸 추천드림

별로였어요. 우선 예약한 방은 수영장 전망이였는데 아닌 방을 배정받아서 물어봤을땐 내가 예약한 방이라고 했어요. 그리고 다른직원에게 다시 물어봤을땐 업그레이드했다고 했어요. 직원들끼리 다른 정보를 말해서 혼란스러웠고, 방갈로에 모기가 많아 방을 교체했는데 에어컨이 너무 더워서 힘들었어요. 직원들은 친절히 대응해줬지만, 노후된 시설이 아쉬웠습니다. 가격 대비....많이 아쉬운 숙소였네요. 자연을 좋아하는 분은 이용하기 좋아요.

방갈로를 예약했는데 빌라로 업그레이드를 시켜줌. 빌라의 풀, 욕실, 객실 모두 너무 좋았음. 스미냑 중심도 걸어서 15분정도로 가까웠고 주변에 맛있는 식당도 많아서 좋았다. 조식도 여러가지 중에서 선택할수 있어 레스토랑에서 먹는 기분이 들었음. 맛 또한 훌륭하고 무엇보다 직원들이 매우 친절함.

호텔이 조금 낡았지만 서비스는 좋았습니다. 찾기가 좀 힘든데 애프터눈 티세트로 유명한 Biku 옆 옆 골목으로 들어가시면 돼요. 단지 그 주변에 새로 공사하는데가 많아서 점수를 낮게 줬어요.

Jeg har tøvet med denne anmeldelse, fordi vores ophold startede så uheldigt. Værelset vi havde booket (med direkte pooladgang) var ikke ledigt alligevel (?!), så vi blev "opgraderet" til en ældre fugtig bungalow, der stod til at skulle renoveres. Midt i byggerod og larm. Det takkede vi nej til og flyttede til et andet hotel længere nede ad gaden indtil vores værelse var klar dagen efter. Personalet forsøgte virkelig at give os en god oplevelse trods den dårlige start og vi fik penge retur for den første overnatning, men det har selvfølgelig påvirket oplevelsen. Området er stort og meget er under ombygning - både på hotellet og udenfor hotellet, hvilket betød en del støj. Natklubber tæt på (musik til sent). Morgenmaden var fin (buffet + bestilling af retter via app). Venligt personale, men jeg kommer nok ikke igen.

The staff was amazing

I don't usually do reviews but this stay deserves one! I have been to Bali a few times but have never experienced the genuine kindness I received from the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and genuinely want you to have an amazing time, also remembering what you tell them and follow up on your time/ experience there. I will definitely be back to this amazing resort!!

We had a wonderful stay. The staff was so friendly. Location was not best for us. If you like night life & clubs this is for you or if you want a nice honeymoon suite stay here.

I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are huge and it’s an amazing location with the villas surrounded by greenery. The only bad thing I would say was the included breakfast was very poor with next to no choices compared to other locations in the area in that price point. You can get better options but at an additional cost which was disappointing because I thought it was all inclusive but other than that it was great

The place has exceptional staff. Very kind, helpful and friendly. The only negative comment i can make is; room has small accesses (both from bathroom ceiling and main door) for little friends in nature :) This was a little disturbing from time to time.

The staff make this place!!! We were treated like family and always greeted. Plus it’s a beautiful site.

Einfach alles war wunderbar. Personal vom check in bis zum Check out unfassbar hilfsbereit und immer freundlich. Werde wieder hier her kommen. Die Bungalows sind super schön und genauso wie abgebildet. Danke!
