최고의 스태프들과 과거에 영광을 누렸을것 같은 웅장한 숙소. 사진과 동일하지만 많이 낙후되어있음! 그래고 친절한 스태프 들과 넓은 정원과 시설 합리적인 가격 덕분에 어느정도 전부 수용가능한데 화장실은 조금 무섭습니다… 화장실 리모델링만 되면 완벽할듯 합니다! 발리 여행동안 다양한 지역과 숙소에 머물렀는데 스태프들은 최고로 친절하며 최고로 도움이 되었습니다. 영어도 잘해 아주 명확한 커뮤니케이션까지 스태프 점수 100점 드립니다!

메인 스트릿 우붓 왕궁에서 너무멀고 벌레가 많음 다만 조용히 숙소안에서 편히쉬고자한다면 추천

The bathrooms were pretty gross. Long way from town.

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get a good night's sleep, as the sounds of roosters in the morning and the smell of burning leaves kept me awake. The staff are nice and friendly. The location is quite good, and the overall facilities are satisfactory, with additional amenities available if you utilize both sides of the resort.

Staff were very hospitable but the state of the villas were a real let down. They have not been maintained for quite some time and is not reflective of a 4* resort. Everything is creaking in the rooms with one of them having an insect infestation from the roof, making the room unusable.

Très bon accueil, hôtel calme et bien entretenu. Lors de notre arrivée, la douche n’avait pas de pression mais le problème a été réglé tout de suite. Nous avons passé un agréable moment. Merci de votre accueil

When booked they offer so many complementary stuff like airport shuttle, breakfast in the pool, Balinese photo shot, welcome massage but didn’t get any single service and when asked they said you can get only if you give 5 star rating which I declined to give misguided review for free stuff. Review should be our choice not forced anyways while taking shower water stopped, giant ants everywhere. Food was just mid overall not a good experience. Keep in mind there is noting nearby to walk and eat except in room service and menu has all Indian dishes.

Siamo stati benissimo in questo hotel, se cercate pace e tranquillità e’ il posto giusto per voi. Se arrivate qui non perdetevi le lezioni di yoga alla mattina, l’istruttrice e’ fantastica … spero abbiate il tempo di provare anche i massaggi, fantastici .

Good stay

The resort is set in a nature-friendly environment, which gives it a peaceful, rustic charm. However, the overall experience was let down by poor maintenance. The room and surrounding areas had a noticeable musty, fungal smell, and there were insects all over the place, which made the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the artificial cricket sounds played through speakers were not only unnecessary but quite annoying, especially during quiet hours. With better upkeep and a more natural soundscape, this place has the potential to offer a much more pleasant stay.

Property is Okayish

The property had a really nice vibe, staff were very friendly, however on arrival the pool in our villa was green with slime/algae growing on the tiles and the kettle, coffee cups and plates were dirty. Hotel addressed the issues quickly by changing our villa and cleaning dirty items, however the first negative impression took the shine off our otherwise enjoyable stay in Ubud which was unfortunate. Also, the shuttle from the hotel to Ubud only departs twice a day in the afternoon and have to make a booking the day prior which we were not aware of so could not use shuttle.

Close to a lot of activities in ubud. Because of the location bugs are usually in the room as it’s very foresty surrounding

Good customer service

Was not happy with our stay unfortunately. Staff were lovely!! But we booked the private villa with private pool and we arrived, our pool was green. We couldn’t swim which was the whole point we booked this room and it was almost $300.00 per night which was steep when we couldn’t swim in it, we asked them about it and they said it was fine but the bottom of the pool was green and you couldn’t see the floor or steps! The last day of our stay it was clear 😭 we noticed someone came and did something with the pump and the next day, our last day it was fine but we still couldn’t swim because we had to check out. Quite frustrating. Breakfast was very mediocre, has to send two breakfasts back because the eggs were cold and it took them half an hour to get them out to us in the first place. Spa is okay but not air conditioned and quite expensive for what it is. The surrounds and feel of this place was nice, very tropical and pretty, but unfortunately our stay was very disappointing. We also had lots of ants in our room, the water pressure was horrible and the water was cold every time. It also seemed like they weren’t ready for us with no towels in one of the rooms and no cups etc. room service was lovely and cheap, best thing about this place. Once again, staff were also lovely, just a disappointing stay. Not that close to anything either.

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren super gut zufrieden. Das Personal ist super lieb und hilfsbereit. Nachts um 12 Uhr ist unsere Klimaanlage ausgefallen , sie waren innerhalb von 5 min da und haben sie mit 3 Mann wieder zum laufen gebracht. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt.
