Overview

Villa Barong is a unique place build by it's owner, a fine art photographer. Its a 2 floor building with 2 large bedrooms on the 2nd floor & spacious kitchen area, living room, pool and garden downstairs. Have amazing views of ocean, rice fields & volcanoes! The villa has a special, cozy feel like home. Filled with natural light, artworks of the owner, fresh ocean breeze & unique woodwork interior.

Unique Selling Point

Very quiet area and peaceful. All bedrooms has rice field views. One room has an ocean view towards south. The other view to north towards volcanoes. Each balcony has a coffee table with comfortable chairs to enjoy the views. Beautiful well kept garden. We are next to the ocean the distance is less than 1 km. Closest beaches are Pig Stone and Kedungu beach.

Facilities

Two large bedrooms on 2nd floor (king size beds) 48 square meters including balcony. All private bathroom with shower. Rooms has a work desk with chair & balcony has a coffee table. Fully equipped kitchen set. Oven, fridge, manual espresso machine & blender. Large living room with fresh breeze. Can be enclosed with AC. Hammock, sofa & chairs. Bathroom downstairs & washing machine. Pool size is 3x6m, with sun beds.

Things to Note

Not pets allowed. One room downstairs isn't accessible for guests - owners workspace ( darkroom ). Bedrooms and Living room are enclosed with sliding door, but not 100% sealed. There is a chance of geckos, pests or mosquitoes as normal in tropical location. We provide mosquito repellents and essential oil lamps in the rooms. Our water supply comes from ground water well. It is filtered thru 3 water filters to clean it from mineral deposits. Because Bali is a volcanic islands and has hard ( minerally rich ) water with many minerals. This cannot be totally cleaned even thru filters and the presence of sulfur can create a smell in hot water. This is totally ok and not dangerous or otherwise hazardous ( think of smell of hot water in volcanic springs).
