서비스가 정말 좋았어요. 블리블리(여기서 일하는 분)는 정말 친절하고 예의 바르고 소통도 잘 되세요. 해결책도 제시해 주시고, 정말 최고였어요. 다음 방문에도 꼭 다시 올게요.

Wc kotor, air kecil, wangi ruangan kurang sedap.

1. Remote ac dan tv nya gak ada. Malah saya disuruh download aplikasi remote sendiri. 2. Pelayannya susah dicari 3. WC nya susah disiram

Handuk bolong, air kecil, kamar tidak sesuai foto.

Staying here is not expensive at all and the location is good. But, I guess, don’t expect a lot from a cheap accommodation. The furniture are very old. Rooms are very dusty with spider web in every corner. A lot of stains in the bedsheet, towels and blanket, though they were very welcome to provide extra towels. Staff were actually friendly, but we needed to keep asking for things like toilet paper, water and rubbish bin. We did asked for drinking water and they said it’s in the kitchen, there wasn’t any. We didn’t bother to ask anymore and just decided to buy our own. Shower wasn’t great, the water pressure is very low. Bathroom is old and not as clean. Maybe good only for one night if you need to stay in a cheap accommodation, but bring your own soap, shampoo, towel and drinking cup.

There's no trash bin in room. The towel was not clean. Water in the bathroom was so small to take a bath. Below expectation.

Lokasi strategis, kamar dan harga ok, yang jadi problem kami tidak nyaman dengan suasana renovasi villa yang berdebu dan berisik.

Good: in a good location at bat belig, water heater is working. Bad: the room is dark and the furniture are old. I was not provided any tissue until I asked, not a standard amenities available. Kitchen is not usable, cockroach and no tools for cooking, very dirty. There are insects and specially ants everywhere, even on my bed. Bathroom are decorated with spiderwebs. Internet is not available made me impossible to enjoy at least a bit of netflix or anything online. - no tv as well.

Overall a normal stay. Not bad, but nothing special. Staff was super friendly. But the room was okay with some spots that could be cleaner. The bad part was that the room didn't have sufficient power sockets. And the wifi was really bad. Didn't work properly in the room. The bed was not bad either, but made noise and the mattress was old.

The location was great for such a cheap price, it near tons of restaurants, mini market and the area is quiet, the worker are very nice and helpful, but maybe a bit understaffed, it's hard to seek help for something cause the person in the front desk is rarely there, place is a bit dirty and there are roaches on the bathroom

Kamar mandi air panasnya tidak nyala, sabun shampo tissue tidak diisi, bau apek kamarnya, kolam renang ada kodoknya dan tidak ada petugas yang stand bye.

I write this review at first day I got this room , I booked superior room at villa chandra photos at app and in real is totaly different , you can check superior room at vila chandra on app and see my picture I take. The facilty description at app and in real is totally different too, there is no Television, balcony and bathub. This light in this room is so dim , please this is can be the worst holiday at Bali ever. I already confirm too receptionist and he said this room I got is superior room. The room I show him when I booked via app is different room he said.

Kamar persis seperti di foto, kamar yang nyaman, dan sangat direkomendasikan untuk menginap.

Place are a little bit old but location is great

Saya suka dengan kamarnya dan semua staf ramah. Saya pasti akan direkomendasikan ke teman dan keluarga saya jika ke Bali.

Suasana tenang dan nyaman biarpun agak menyeramkan.

The place was like a big house with three or four rooms. Everything looks old, from the us cabinets to the bed. Hot water was way too hot and wasn’t really adjustable. The area is also very quiet and a bit far from anywhere. an underwhelming experience

Receptionist ramah, bersih, nyaman.
