Villa Kumuda By Nakula

First of all, I appreciate the staff's service. Made and KuMang~ It was awesome experience due to your nice care. Our family stayed in this villa for 3 days and it has a very good arranged service and room quality with fantastic pool side. so quiet place and enough facility to take full rest.

I really enjoyed staying at this huge and nice villa with a big private pool as well as private gate and space. What's even better was the friendly staff members and 24 hr security right outside the door to keep us and our stuff safe. the staff arranged all of our transportation upon our request, so it was convenient though this villa is far from the major tourist areas such as seminyak, legian, canggu squre, and nusa dua. overall i was satisfied with the villa itself and my best experience has been the affordable surfing lesson in the echo beach near the villa. oh, they provide free bike for the guests to allow them to go the nearest beaches and places in their convenience. Still the best part of this villa was the nice aroma scents everywhere which helped me sleep better and relax.

Excellent Warm welcome Clean house with much Space and great surrounding areas

The villa was a bit run down but we expect that now. The big problem was the service, including the cleaning. The place overall was a bit grubby and even though it is advertised as daily housekeeping we only really had one clean, and that was after two nights. We had to ask for fresh towels on day 3 and the ones we got were musty. They said they would be back with more but never came. On day 4 we asked for the sheets to be changed and were told they do it after 3 days. When we pointed out that it had been three days they said “maybe tomorrow”. It never happened. The breakfast was nice but always 30-90 minutes late (so don’t make early plans!) and if you have a preference for a type of juice you have to tell them every day the day before or they will default back to whatever they have. The downstairs/master bathroom also has a nasty drain smell. We got used to it but if you are sensitive to smalls stay somewhere else. The location is great, as is the pool, but the service is poor. If you go in with low expectations you will probably have a good time but if you are a clean freak or are expecting high levels of service then stay away.

The staff made this property a 5 star! They were fantastic! The chef cooked up whatever we wanted for breakfast every morning when it was best for us. Food was so good, always had clean towels, and they did our laundry/folded! The pool was the best part, it was huge and so much fun to play in anytime we wanted to. We had so much privacy and i would stay here again when we come back
