첫날 밤 늦게 체크인해서 잠만잤어요. 직원,사장님 모두 매우 친절하세요 호텔방 천장에 누수흔적 있었고 거울에 지워지지않는 오래된 얼룩이나 가구의 낡음 등 상태는 전체적으로 오래된 모습. 방에는 없지만 로비벽에는 도마뱀 붙어있음 조식 퀄리티 음..ㅋㅋ 오믈렛 시켰는데 계란말이 나오고 토스트는 눅눅하고 나시고랭은 처음먹어보는 맛 그마저도 원숭이가 와서 뺏어갔음 그런데도 여기 4점이나 준 이유는 직원들이 정말 너무 친절했어요 식사하는 내내 새총같은 걸로 원숭이 쫓아주고 아이들이 궁금해하니 새총도 해보게 해주셨어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 아이들은 방에서 원숭이 실컷 볼 수 있어 좋았대요 덕분에 몽키포레스트 안갔어요. 연박은 못하겠지만 0.5박정도는 괜찮은 것 같기도..?

The room size is great, older property but clean with good amenities close to everything. Being near the monkey forest you do get some cheeky visitors don’t leave anything on the balcony and hold your items close on the lane way outside

The staff were very nice but on multiple occasions had to ask for a member of staff to get rid of ants and flys in our room.

Hotel tres bien placé dans Ubud, petit déjeuner avec les singes en face, sanitaire moyen(menage bof et odeur d égout) Ne pas prendre de chambre en rez de chaussée, la réception etant au meme niveau, on les entends beaucoup

Excellent hotel, heat of the town and lovely staff on hand to assist

Le personnel était adorable. Les activités sont vraiment à proximité. C’était agréable de voir les singes. Par contre, j’ai trouvé que les parties communes avaient besoin d’un rafraîchissement. Le petit déjeuner était convenable.

Tired and dated. Comfortable bed. Staff lovely and helpful. Concerned regarding stairs up to 3rd level. Steep stairs up to property with no hand rail. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. No hot water. Warm sporadically.

Good location but everything else was bad. This hotel doesn't look like it's been touched in 20 years. Everything was old and stainy. Staff friendly. Would not recommend.

Nice quiet big bathrooms opposite river and monkeys

We had a great experience, the staff were very friendly, it was very quiet there and in a great location to walk to local shops and food. The only downfall was that it could have been a bit cleaner, however our overall experience was good. We would definitely stay there again.

Lovely staff and service was great. Hotel is next to a waterfall and there is a musty smell in the rooms and bed linen feels damp. We actually downgraded our room to go up a level to a room that felt a little less damp. Breakfast is simple but pleasant. Watch out for the monkeys! Cute to watch but they might take a fancy to whatever you leave on your balcony or patio. Overall good value for money and decent location but a little tricky to get to by car due to major traffic congestion all over Ubud and hotel is the end of a long road.
