빌라 수아리 I

가족여행 중 길리로 들어가기 전에 숙소로 머물렸습니다. 3세, 6세 아이가 있어 우붓에서 빠당바이까지 2-3시간의 차량 이동과 빠당바이에서 길리까지 2시간의 배 이동이 한번에 진행하기 힘들것 같아 가장 근접한 거리에 저렴한 숙소로 결정했습니다. 길리에서 사용할 짐을 제외하고 맞기고 이동했습니다. Host 께서 빠당바이 시내 원하는 장소로 태워 주고 돌아올때 왓츠앱으로 위치 알려드리면 픽업 해주셔서 늦은시간 저녁도 먹고 편하게 들어왔습니다. 다음날 아침에는 길리가는 에카자야 오피스 동행해주셔서 발권도 도와 주시고 오피스에서 포트까지 차량으로 도움주셔서 두아이 데리고 편한게 이동해서 배멀리도 안하고 잘 도착했습니다. 현재는 작은 풀에 4개 객실을 운영중이고 옆에 큰 풀장과 레스토랑 및 바 그리고 추가 객실을 준비하고 있었습니다. Host와 직원 모두 너무 친절하여 즐거운 여행이 되었습니다.

We informed the property in advance that we would be arriving at approx 12:30am and that we would need transport to boat Harbour at 6:30am. They said that was fine and gave me 2 phone numbers to call when we arrive and they will let us into our villa. When we were 5 mins away I started trying to call the numbers to tell them we were coming, no answer. I tried 3 different numbers over and over again and no answer. It was 12:30 in the morning by now and we had just had a long flight and needed to be up early morning. Our driver from the airport went into the property and was calling out for someone to come and there were two men asleep at a table outside in the dark who were supposed to let us in. We finally got into our villa which was clean and basic but we expected that. Bed was firm and only one thin blanket. Next morning we got up and tried ringing reception to check if our car was coming to pick us up and once again no answer and no response. We ended up having to walk to the Harbour with our bags as no car had been arranged for us despite us telling them we needed one and them acknowledging this. We would not stay here again.

Peaceful surroundings, beautiful beach at walking distance.Stuff very friendly .

Absolutely lovely 3 nights stay in room #2 with a great view and great living room solarium. Very quiet and peaceful in general. Very friendly village around the property. I would absolutely go back there.

Enjoyed this stay for 1 night for an early ferry. Staff organised and friendly. Food delivered to your room ordered by whats app. Nice seating area outside for food and sunbathing next to pool. Can walk to ferry although quite a hill. Takes approx 10/15 mins. Cleanest property we had in bali even the bathroom. Would stay again .

Property was not as in the pictures. Breakfast was not good. We booked two nights and only stayed for one. Would not recommend. Building was in need of serious repairs and paint was falling off everywhere

Super friendly staff. Nice breakfest. We arrived late after 9pm and kitchen staff was still willing to fix us a great dinner with dessert. We stayed in room 1. Top floor, big room with two large beds. We were going to Gili island next day, and the location was exellent because the Padang bai harbour was only 10minutes away. Absolutely would recommend!

We spent one night here ahead of catching our fast boat ferry to Gili Air. Dessy & the team were absolutely awesome & went out of their way to look after us including arranging for our meal & drinks to be delivered directly to our room after a long day travelling! The staff were lovely, nothing was too difficult & we were made to feel very welcome & comfortable! Thankyou! Kerri & Marty

Perfect 1 night stay near harbour for next morning boat trip to Gili T. Clean spacious room with huge bathroom. Staff were amazing helpful in arranging our tickets to Gili T. Very good breakfast. Good price too. Will return.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel, lorsqu'on était en transit pour prendre un bateau à Padangbai le lendemain. Le service, le petit déjeuner, l'hôtel en lui-même est très bien, il ne se trouve pas en pleine ville, mais le personnel vous y emmène en scooter ou alors vous propose le transfer en voiture (en supplément cette fois-ci). Ils sont très disponibles.

This villa is amazing; the staff were super helpful, waiting at the airport on arrival even when we had delays, picked us up from the port and ended up being our driver for the remainder of our trip. The villa has everything you need and so close to the port.

Beautiful property, photos don’t do it justice. Comfy bed, clean, huge bathroom and staff were very friendly and gave us free transport to the port.

Truly exceptional experience thanks to staff and owner being around and willing to help 24/7. There was not a single request that has not been assisted or attended. Helpful and cheerful.

Loved this villa. We had the entire building to ourself. Was wonderful! Would recommend. The staff are brilliant.

Villa suari service was 10/10. They arranged for pick up from the airport, and fast boat travel to gilli T all for very good price. The owner was more than accommodating, made us feel at home and helped us with all our travels and transfers. Beautiful staff and everyone was friendly and welcoming. I would stay again for sure. Helt igennem fantastiak sted! Personalet var de sødeste og de mest hjælpsomme. De hjælper rigtig meget ved fx. bådbestilling til Gili. De kører gerne en ned i byen hvis man fx skal spise - alt i alt, verdens bedste personale! Selve hotellet var rigtig hyggeligt og rent. Dejligt at man ikke er alt for mange og skønt det ikke er større. Vi kan klart anbefale stedet. Vi fortryder vi ikke havde flere dage end to på hotellet, men lokalområet er ikke for sarte sjæle
