Awake at 1am because my room is too hot to sleep. I asked the manager at 11:15 if they could do something, His response was that he was upset that I woke him up and if there was a problem I should have said something earlier ( I arrived back at the room at 10 pm) He said the heat would turn off automatically…It has not. The only alternative is to sleep with the door open to get ventilation. Imagine trying to sleep with your hotel room door open! Other issues worth mentioning; mold in the bathroom. Outlets that don’t work. Fan doesn’t work. Fixtures loose. I can overlook all those problems but the heat is unacceptable. This room is unsuitable for $50 a night much less $160. Don’t work in hospitality if you can’t provide a room that allows a basic safe nights sleep.

The room and beds were nice and the location was interesting, but the room was extremely hot and there was no way for us to adjust. The electrical outlet for the kettle didn't work, and instructions in the room told us to go to another address for breakfast but we were told at that address to go back to Angel House. That said, the breakfast was very good.

Clean room. Great breakfast. Good location within walking distance to town.

Property excellent, but area a bit run down

We were not welcomed because we didn’t respond to an email that we did not get till it was time to leave! His tone was annoyed and accusatory. Parking is a challenge and the stairs and size of both the bed and bathrooms are not for stout people. The bedroom closet was converted into a bathroom where you can literally wash your hands while sitting on the loo. The water pressure was poor. Room for only one small toiletry bag. We suggest you add some hooks to the doors and a shelf over the toilet. Our room had a full size bed which was pretty comfortable. Breakfast was continental style, but quite good and filling.

Good experience. Walking distance of the Derry Walls, the murals in Bogside, nice park, and hopping pub area. The Breakfast served down the street in main B&B exceeded expectations.

Breakfast was good. TV was good. On-street Parking is tight. Must walk up one flight of stairs to reach front door, then 1 or 2 more flights to reach room. Pack light! In-room furnishings old, rules say no food or drinks allowed, what?? Skip.

Breakfast at another location, and only a continental style not mentioned when booking? Apart from that all good 😉

My room, No 6, was nice, comfortable and clean with an en suite bathroom. My sleep was very poor due to noise coming from an unknown source, probably the pipes and the hot water system. Every few seconds a knock could be heard, which kept me awake all night. Secondly, breakfast, a continental, is served in a sister B&B about 50 meters down the street. Ok in fine weather, wouldn't fancy the trip in rain.

Awful, would not recommend.

It is okay for an overnight stay. Breakfast was amazing. Bathroom shower wasn't working.

Petite chambre, lit très souple. Malheureusement, notre chambre n’était pas du tout correctement nettoyée, et un couple est rentré complètement soul à 1h du matin, nous n’avons pas pu dormir… Le service a été très réactif, même au milieu de la nuit, et le petit déjeuner qui se fait dans BB en face de la rue est copieux. Responsable à l écoute.

It happened to be extremely hot in our room. A portable fan would have been nice and wash cloths. The staff were very kind! Also the satellite was spotty
